The owner stayed on top of the process of installing a sprinkler system in my front and back yards. My back yard presented some unique problems and he, and his crew, handled those challenges in a professional, efficient way. The owner saw to it that I was educated so I could use the system and assured me that backup was there for my wife and I if needed. In short he/they were courteous, professional, efficient and sensitive to our needs. A GREAT JOB! I highly recommend this company.

Had a repair done last April that came undone. Tyler came out and repaired the leak at no charge. Felt nice to be taken care of!

A great company who does what they say they are going to do and with quality. They also returned months later to help us with something that was not their responsibility. We are so grateful for their help and them taking care of us.

The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a quote on what he had found during his inspection and he completed the work. Upon receiving the invoice a few days later $125.00 had been added to the quote. Come to find out just to come to your home they charge $125.00. This was never mentioned in the communication prior to setting up the appointment. A few weeks later there was a puddle around a sprinkler head- since this was not one that had been worked on it was not under warranty and it would be $125.00 service call plus cost of fixing. They did send out a tech without charging but he could not diagnose the issue without charging the fee. A friend of mine changed out the sprinkler head and all was well for a few days. Now, there is a leak further down in a lower area of my lawn. I will dig on my own until I find the problem because not many people can afford $125.00 service call fee to fix a $10.00 problem. I do not know much about irrigation, but I feel like I paid for a thorough inspection and these things should not have happened within 6 weeks of having things checked.

This company is outstanding! I had a lightning strike short out my sprinkler controller and they replaced it and checked everything else to be sure no other damage. I was so impressed Im going to have them do more work raising up some sprinkler heads and changing out some sprinkler heads. Tyler was very respectful and professional and took the time to answer any questions I had.

I was so pleased with the work! Justin was amazing and so kind. I will be calling them for more work again.

Alex, What is 15 stars? That is what Austin Land Services deserves. I had my whole delapidated sprinkler system replaced, and Justin at ALS did an amazing job. He is a real professional, licensed irrigator, and a down-right nice person. Everything works perfectly and I could not be happier. Third time is indeed the charm! After contacting two other landscapers I was starting to think that my project wasnt going to happen by Spring. As a follow-up to the inspection, Justin Casey did an amazing job on our horrible, cobbled together & inefficient sprinkler system. When we bought our beloved home three years ago, we knew it would be our forever earthly home. We found out very quickly the sprinkler system had been cobbled together for many years! We believe Justin, Amarillo Land Services was the best for our crazy system! Justin showed up on time & never stopped working all day. It was a tough repair as it involved a 50 year old tree & years of lawn abuse!! We HIGHLY recommend Justin & Amarillo Land Services. Great service! Call them - you wont be disappointed. Not cheap, but extremely reasonable. Sprinkler repair is NOT EVER cheap if done legally & correctly. If I could have added more stars, I would have! Definitely a FULL Five Star Rating. The scheduling process to have someone come make repairs was really easy and quick. They said it would be about 2 weeks out and it ended up only being a few days which was awesome! Tyler came out to complete the repairs on two of my properties; he was very professional and listened to what was going on with my sprinkler system. For each problem that was found he offered a few solutions rather than trying to sell me on one thing only. The areas that he cut out from the sod looks great and he cleaned up the mess from the repairs making it look like nothing happened. Amarillo Land Services will be the only people we use when it comes to repairs on our lawn irrigation equipment!

Tyler Huddle, ALS irrigation technician, described in full detail what he was at our residence to do. He explained how he was able to inspect our sprinkler system and correct any deficiencies he found. Further, he estimated the approximate cost of his services, how long the process would take and how an invoice would be delivered. The entire process took about an hour. He was very courteous and patient answering questions even providing demonstrations. He offered his card, a magnetic card for our refrigerator and a trifold describing ALSs other services. On leaving, he said that if any problems with the system arose, ALS would immediately respond within the span of several months. Mr. Huddle conducted himself very professionally.

I needed to have a drip line run to a flower bed in our front yard. The techs came out as scheduled and had the job done quickly and cleanly. Their 15 point system inspection revealed a broken sprinkler head in the backyard that I didnt know was broken. I highly recommend ALS, Remmington and his guys are top notch!

I m taking care of a friends house and noticed the lawn was turning yellow in places. I called Land Services and they came out and did an of the front and back lawns.
