Great communication, great service. I have seen a huge improvement at how my yard looks with Weed Man taking care of it-. I used a different local service last year and Weed Man's results are much better.

The worst customer service, why? Bc after we requested @ at an extra charge of course, for them to do an extra weed killer session bc it didn't seem to really make a difference during the trial period. I called, asking for what had been done in all the sessions they had done, well the extra weed killer session wasn't done, the rep said, well we will be out on our schedule day which is in a few days and do it, she scheduled it, they never came back, they never called, NOTHING, they've just ignored us. The weeds are horrible, I'm so dissatisfied in this company after all the hype that they will definitely please you, I don't want it free, I want the weeds taken care of, Don't lie to us about coming, we take days off to be here for the treatments. I won't recommend them, and, in fact, they lady on the phone was rude. Initially, the gentleman said, I'm gonna make sure the extra treatment is done. NOPE wasn't done, thx for nothing.

Weed Man concentrates on just that Weeds! My yard was full of all different kinds of weeds, but with using this company they have help eliminate my weed problems. They have great customer service and will work with your needs. They message you the day before they are to be there so you can unlock gates if your no going to be at home. I've even had them come out to respray! If you are having weed issues then Weed Man Lawn Care is who you need to cnract!
They do great work, I had a yard filled with weeds that was difficult to control and grass that wasn’t growing. Thanks to their program, my weeds are disappearing and my grass is looking healthy again! Thank you!
The treatment is having no effect on the weed grass. The weed grass is thriving! We are going to kill the whole yard with Round Up and replace it with Fescue Sod as stated a few weeks ago. The Bermuda grass has to be totally green before we use the Round Up on it. After the sod is put in you may begin treatment again.

I do believe this company is being deceptive in our practice. I was told at the beginning my cost would be $160 a year and it s already at that amount. I do not appreciate the way this is being handled and I cannot find any records from this company anywhere about my agreement with them, I will dispute the last two charges that were made on my account and if need be, I will dispute all three of the charges that I ve been made
My yard is in pretty bad shape with lots of weeds. Weedman came and sprayed and it helped. When I called the rep to ask when the next application would be, he offered to send someone today to apply a complimentary treatment. Thats customer service!

This season is my 2nd with Weed Man, and I am very satisfied. They are dependable and so easy to work with. The receptioniat, Savanah, could not be more pleasant, helpful and accomodating! She always has a smile in her voice. She is the first point of contact at Weed Man, and she goes a long way when it comes to instilling customer confidence and satisfaction in the company.

I called company to tell them I changed my mind and wanted to go with a lawn care service that would better fit my schedule. The man was very polite untill he seen that I wouldnt change my mind about his service. The man on the phone then cussed me and said he didnt like what I said. I said I am not cussing you. I hung up. They could very well offer a good service but I will never go with them after this phone call.
Going on our second year and we are so pleased with the weed-mans ( Austin) work , our yard was so bad, nothing but weeds, stickers and Johnson grass , now we have grass , it is going to be a process due to the yard was in bad shape from the previous owners but it is looking so darn good already thank you weed man your the best !!!

Austin came out the same day that I called and gave me a free analysis and had a quote within hours. They came out and provided the services that we agreed to and on time. You had a follow up question the following day and it was answered immediately. Very professional and reasonable. A high quality company

I am looking for amazing improvements in my lawn based on a recommendation from my daughter.
So far so good. They are helping us on getting our neglected lawn in shape from the previous owners.
I have numerous number of weeds still growing along the southside of the driveway. There is also a lot of little patchs of that green clover looking stuff throughout the yard.
Although we were late in the season to call getting lawn Care they are doing an amazing job something we did not think was possible for our lawn
