U.S. Lawns in Amarillo

We have used US Lawns for about 10 years at several of our properties. John and Marshall are always a phone call away when I need an irrigation repair or am needing a specific project done. I have built a great relationship with the company as have many of the other property managers in Amarillo. The crew leader, Richard, who takes care of our lawn at Ridgecrest Apartments is wonderful and always communicates with the office and helps with any requests. Thank you, US Lawns! We love doing business with you!

Disappointed in this company - they installed sod, shrubs, trees and sprinkler system in our brand new home - nothing but cheap work - shrubs died due to soaker hose running in soil wasn’t connected to water - trees were dried and not fertilized. sod has died in several places and soil beneath sod is so hard - the sod is struggling to grow!! Sprinkler heads are uneven in soil and don’t properly pop up to spray the grass…..be careful if you have this company install anything!!! Don’t believe anything they tell you if you can get them to come and do service work - a man named Jason came and dug around a few sprinkler heads and said he would come back with new shrubs - that was 4 months ago and I have emailed them since - with no response!!

We have used US Lawns numerous times and have been very satisfied with the work. They have planted trees for us and done rock and edging work. Will gladly use them again!

Marshall is awesome!! Always responsive and takes care of business

This company does the lawns at my Mother's retirement community. They have knocked windows out of residents cars by the careless use of weed eaters. Mom's car has now been damaged twice. They refused to take responsibility the first time, but will not get by with it this time. Mom spoke with a supervisor a couple days ago, but so far has gotten no satisfactory response.

While cutting my lawn, I had my badmintion net up and its only in the ground by four stakes which is very easy to pull out but instead they broke the poles that have latches for easy removal. They are not professional by any means. I will be letting everyone I know not to call or use their services. I am very upset as to they had other options to handle this situation like knocking on my door and asking me to take it down before proceeding their work. I paid and worked hard to be able to buy these things.
