Great place to have mow your lawn

Well, them came and were to weed the front of the house and somehow they left some weeds.

They did a great job and I will have them back as needed!

Have used Element for several years for fall cleanups. Always excellent service.

They clean my trash and recycle bin once per month, and always reliable, on time with reminders to leave them out. We can now store our trash containers in our garage because they no longer smell really bad.

They may do great job cutting but seem to lack watchingboutcfor property. Im at a McDonalds in Edwardsville. Got a sandwich at the drive up. Pulled next to IL 157 to eat it. One of their employees was cutting between me and the sidewalk. Then turned around and blew back cuttings from the sidewalk back at my and another vehicle. Hopefully no racks. Cutting 101 DONT blowback stuff on peoples cars. . Ot the best thinking. Then he started doing doughnuts on the wide sidewalk while waiting for the guy trimming the ditch to get done.all while taking on an electric cigarette.

No one else does curb side vacuuming close to me and they did it at a reasonable cost so I didnt have to bag all the leaves. Quick, easy and a job well done.

I ve been more than pleased with Element. I first used them for Christmas lights. Since then, they ve done bed cleanup/maintenance and bush trimming. Excellent work, communication, and value! I m sincerely glad I found them bc they ve made my life significantly easier.

They were dependable but no pride in work ... uneven grass ... awful finesse skills. Won t move a lawn chair to mow underneath. They have cut the lawn since April I believe. Thought it would get better ... nah. They tried but I need professionals who care. They did apologize and offered me leads to other mowing services, which is appreciated. They said they are training new people so maybe they will be better in a month s time.

They have mowed our grass for the last two years and do a really good job. They also have trimmed our bushes and cleared out weeds in our yard.

They do an excellent job. The yard looks like a golf course and most of all my wife loves it

Element is a very good lawn business. The young man who normally treats my yard is very nice and thoughtful. He applies the fertilizer and blows off driveway and walks Every year my yard has improved.

First year was great! Got a new person and now parts of my yard are dead. Canceled service and cant even get a call back from the company.

Our condos use this company to cut and maintain lawns and remove snow when needed. I must say our lawns have never looked better. They are greener and thicker and almost no weeds this year. The workers are friendly and very responsive to requests if a resident has a question or problem. I the only reason I didn t give a 5 star rate is because sometimes they trim too short around the landscaping which kills the grass there. Still considering the huge lawn area they maintain it looks really great. Thank you.

I am reasonably pleased but I still have weeds in places and the early spring treatment for that nasty grass did not completely eliminate the unwanted grass. I also paid for overseeing and aeration in the fall and have a few patches of bare ground. Have discusses this previously. Don t plan to repeat.

Element has been working on my lawn for over a year and it looks great I recently had them clean the leaves out of the yard and after a horrible wind storm the leaves had blown back .they came out and got rid of the leaves again even though they didnt have to . We called Cutting Edge Lawn Service to remove the leaves around our house. We had removed the never ending leaves by ourselves several times prior to calling Cutting Edge and wisely decided to try the leaf removal service. We were surprised at the professional manner and speed of the employees.. Every leaf was removed! Thank you for providing this wonderful service.

Called to get an estimate, lady came out and said she would email me a bid. That was a week ago, so I called again and they said they would get back with me and another week has passed and nothing. So we went with someone else. It would be nice if they would follow up with potential customers bc they lost my business.

We called to get a bid and received an email within a couple of hours. To my surprise the estimate was extremely reasonable! I even emailed them back to verify the quote was accurate and received a timely response from Cassie (who was a pleasure to work with). After accepting the quote she scheduled our lawn service for the very next day. They took care of us and were in and out within 20 minutes. Fastest lawn service Ive seen and we could not beat the price! Plus, they are a full service lawn care provider, so I dont have to hire multiple companies to maintain our lawn.-Joy, OM

Tore up the bottom of our wooden playset with the weed eater on multiple occasions. I asked that they not weed eat on the next visit and they did anyway. When I called and emailed to address this problem I was told a manager would call me back. Its been 3 weeks and no response. Do not enter your credit card on their website, there is no way to delete it and they will charge you whether you authorize it or not. Very unhappy with service.

Im only giving them 1 star because 0 isnt a option. 1st off they made an accounting error and sent us a ridiculous bill and even after my husband showed them proof of sed error nothing was done about our lawn that has grown ridiculouly out of hand. We were told we would have the lawn taken care that Friday or if they didnt have time on Monday. Friday came and went and the manager was unapologetic and said that we were scheduled for Fridays (so why didnt they come that past Friday?? Still no clue!) But we were still going have to wait another week!! Now they offered us a free cut but my lawn is now a foot and a half and that free cut isnt going to make up for the fine we get from the city. Its a garbage company with garbage management. If anyone knows of an actually reliable lawn service please let me know.

Really poor customer service. Two stars for what they actually did - losing 3 stars for what they left undone. Never bothered with what they were asked to do and left the yard debris they claimed they were coming back to collect.

Called Thursday for an estimate and was told I get a call back that day. No call. Called Friday lady was very apologetic said if get a call that day or email. Still nothing... been 3 days. Terrible service. Dont think I want them near my lawn.

VERY poor customer service!!!! Been trying to get an estimate on a yard now for 3 weeks! Have called 4 different times and have YET to be contacted! Each time they take my information (AGAIN) and say someone should contact me by the end of the day....have NOT heard a word yet!!! All I can say is Im glad I dont have a contract.....they would take care of my yard the same way they take care of potential customers....very poorly!!!!! Moving on!!!!

I contacted at least 10 companies to see if I could get a small mound of dirt removed from my backyard. I received the same answer every time, no we can t do that! Well, I was ready to give up until one day I was driving from Alton to Bethalto and passed a company called Cutting Edge Lawn Service. I gave them a call when I returned home and the young lady with a sweet voice that answered my call did not hesitate with a positive reply, yes we can do that for you. She sounded like the voice of authority and her name was Kristi I believe. The workers came one day and did an awesome job and We were very impressed. If you are looking for a dependable, reasonable company to perform yard work of any kind then Cutting Edge Lawn Service is the company to call. A happy customer
