I can’t say enough about this company. I called on a Sunday (right before a hurricane). The owner, Marcus personally came to our house to quote us the same day. We asked him if he could do it before the hurricane, and he had his crew out to cut it the next day. The owner quoted us a reasonable price for the job, and the rushed timeline. They did a great job! You can tell this company truly cares about helping people. He doesn’t normally work on Sunday, but he was trying to help as many people before the storm as possible. Thank you!
We asked Marcus and CJ to come out and trim 3 rather tall palm trees and they did a great job. They listened to what we wanted and then got the job done promptly and with great cleanup even though it was late in the day. Highly recommend.
Great service and price! Marcus and his crew just finished trimming 5 of my palm trees. They arrived within the window provided, and did an excellent job on the trimming and the cleanup. The entire crew were very polite and I would use them again and highly recommend!
Terrible workmanship by Marcus, can’t follow instructions! Asked him to please lower back row of shrubs 4”, instead he lowered them by 40”, destroying the entire hedge along front of house (see photos). No compensation offered. This is not professional. Never leave them unsupervised for a moment, they destroyed the look of our front house! Beware of this company! No written contract!!
Marcus and his team came prepared with all tools needed to prune canary palm tree. They placed a tarp underneath their truck to catch drips and avoid stain on driveway. My quote was for to remove only two rows of leaves/branches, but they went ahead and did as many rows possible helping me not to worry about this for at least another couple of years. They took away all yard waste and cleaned areas under and around palm tree including driveway. They in fact assisted vehicular and padestrian traffic as well. He and his team are very professional, understanding the needs well and inexpensive. Good value for money. I am pleasantly surprised with their work ethics and gracefulness. I hired Trees And Keys on June 15th, 2021. They did a fabulous job. They were quick and very polite and left the job very clean. I will be hiring them again in the future. Highly recommend using this company! They were responsive and professional at every turn. I had a bunch of mature bamboo they removed from my backyard in addition to grinding down the roots and trimming some other trees. The pricing was great and the service was excellent. A major cherry on top surprise was the way they cleaned up everything afterwards. I expected to have to do some work and they really left in in better condition than I could have imagined. This company did an awesome job taking down an old tall palm tree that was bulging from the ground. They were skilled in downing and removing the tree quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

I called and within 45 minutes. I had an estimate. They came the next day and took care of two massive trees that I have.One in the front yard and one in the backyard. They cleaned up after themselves, which was delightful. I would highly recommend this company. Marcus was my contact person. Such a pleasant guy. I had Marcus come out and give me an estimate, and while I did not originally go with him, I ended up having to call him up anyway to come do it right as the first guy left a few trees we had agreed on. He cleared out 2 medium sized palms and a smaller one, along with some cedar tree overgrowth. Him and his team made quick work of these trees and left me with a nice patch of dirt I can sod over. Would recommend if you need any trees cut down, these guys know what they are doing.

We hired King Essential Services to remove 3 large dead pine trees and grind 5 stumps. Our experience with them was great from start to finish. Marcus Nettles was communicative, professional, and it was clear that his operating system is to provide great service at a fair price. All the work was done with care and the debris clean-up was complete.

I highly recommend TreesandKeys for tree trimming and removal! Marcus came within 24 hours of contact to look at the job and give me an estimate. The estimate was more than fair, and we set a date for doing the job. They showed up on time, were equipped with everything necessary, and did a spectacular job trimming four tall palm trees, removing ten old ligustrum hedge bushes, and removing a super large palm that had a very difficult access.
