We called to get an estimatre for some pest control. lets just say they came out did the inspection but nothing else no call backs tried calling goes to terminix which is already hard to deal with when we were able to find somebody to help with we were told a call back would happen its been weeks. still trying to get a hold of some one to help. DOOOOOOOOO NOT USE THEM its a waste of time and energy.

Have been a customer with Arrow Environmental for several years. When I began service with them, I had a number of problems with my lawn and mainly due to grass fungus. In one month, I began to see a vast improvement. Within 4 months, it looked like a new lawn. They have very knowledgeable technicians. I highly recommend their lawn service.

Brandon is top shelf! Is insight,, knowledge and professionalism are exemplary. The few issues that we have with our lawn or shrubs are immediately assessed and resolved by Brandon. He explains in common terms what the situation is, and the appropriate resolution. We receive compliments on our landscaping and Brandon is the key factor. We know we are in great hands when we see Brandon on the job.

The actual service is good, but communication prior to a visit as requested is terrible not from the techs, but from the office informing a new tech (lawn service) assigned to me that I require communication in advance prior to each visit. Michael Knight takes care of my pest service at two locations and does great in notifying me prior to the visit and service.

Mike is by far the best pest control tech I have worked with. He is very knowledgeable, and actively listens to the issues. He continues to provide effective strategies to elaborate mímate some challenging pests like German cockroaches. And he succeeded. He stays in constant contact even though the Arrow HQs has created unnecessary confusion. I prefer to work directly with him because he is much more responsible and responsive in treating my pest problem. I would give Mike 6 stars for the work and successful outcomes he has delivered with a really tough pest problem. If it wasn t for Mike I would likely have moved to a different company. (Take the hint Arrow and take care of your deserving employees!).

I regret to inform you that my experience with Arrow Environmental Service has been less than satisfactory, to say the least. While the technician, Mike, who handled the pest control, was commendable and exhibited a high level of professionalism, the overall experience with the company was highly disappointing. Initially, Mikes dedication and meticulous approach to pest control were impressive. He went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, often adjusting his schedule to accommodate our requirements. Moreover, he displayed genuine care for our family, particularly our daughters well-being, which was truly appreciated. However, the favorable impression created by Mike was quickly overshadowed by the companys dismal performance in other areas. We decided to expand our association with Arrow by enlisting their services for our lawn. Regrettably, the encounter with the companys salesman was nothing short of exasperating. His demeanor was off-putting, and he exhibited an unprofessional attitude by divulging sensitive details about Mikes personal life, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Furthermore, the companys billing system was nothing short of chaotic. The introduction of separate charges for pest control, shrub maintenance, and lawn care, though theoretically understandable, was executed poorly. Instead of consolidating the charges, the company persisted in issuing separate bills, leading to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. To exacerbate matters, the billing departments incessant badgering over an alleged $70 missing payment was both perplexing and infuriating. Despite providing ample evidence, including detailed credit card statements that demonstrated consistent payments, the company continued to harass us, demonstrating a lack of accountability and professionalism. The distress caused by Arrow Environmental Services billing department reached a tipping point, ultimately prompting us to terminate our association with the company altogether. The relentless and unwarranted pursuit for payment, coupled with their refusal to acknowledge the evidence provided, rendered the entire experience with Arrow Environmental Service utterly untenable. In conclusion, while Mikes exceptional service was commendable, it is unfortunate that his dedication and professionalism were not reflective of the overall conduct of Arrow Environmental Service. Regrettably, the unprofessional behavior of the companys salesman, coupled with the chaotic billing system and persistent harassment by the billing department, has left us with no option but to caution others against engaging with Arrow Environmental Service. It is my sincere hope that the company addresses these critical issues to ensure a more seamless and customer-friendly experience for future clients.

Arrow Pest Control offers great service and is usually on time. However, it lost my last check which was mailed by my bank to the local office physical address. I don t care for their payment portal as I don t trust its security. I had to spend over an hour convincing my bank to send another check. None of this would be necessary if Arrow was online with banks. Very old fashioned. Always send your check to their post office box not their office. Better yet, demand they join online banking.

Men were so nice and so well informed. They talked with me and kept me in the loop as to what they were doing and why. What a pleasure to have intelligent men wanting to help me in any way to enjoy my home without me doing all the work!

I have been a customer of Arrow Environmental for 6-months now and the service is incredible. I cant believe how timely, friendly, and helpful the entire team is. The office line, account managers, and technicians are all friendly and even educate you on what theyre doing and discovering. Ive learned how to identify different pests and even what to ask for when a technician comes out. Got an ant problem? We did. Next day service. Ants are gone the day after that. Absolutely incredible. Im a huge fan!

Love the fact that the team will work overtime to ensure that my place is rid of the bugs and then get into a managing phase. The fact that the team takes time to wipe down all doorways/windows outside of my home is a huge plus to me. The team is so knowledgeable and courteous and makes me understand the process of the work so I understand the level of care I am receiving.

Find another company, used them for 3 years, they killed my grass, had septic issues, got fixed , planted new grass, growing great, he comes 2 weeks after coming 2 weeks ago, kills all the grass, you hold on phone forever!, Susan, reception has bad attitude when called to say that person killed grass, no one calls back, 3rd phone call to speak to someone, no apology, just someone will call you. Stay away, find another company, mole issue never improved, nor did anyone ever contact me or reimburse me!, Arrow pest control needs to work on not killing customers lawn!, I live in Lake Mary on Minerva Lane, look for the lawn that has large areas of dead grass!, Arrow created that look for us!

I ve been using Arrow for over 4 years now, I have terrible patches of grass completely dried up since using their company and they ve done nothing about it. Their customer service is terrible they re non responsive. Their everyday pest control is fine but the lawn care is a joke. It s unfortunate I ve wasted this much money on nonexistent lawn care. Best advice, look else because if you have any type of lawn issues they blame it on everything else and don t take ownership.

For several years I had the service of this company at a comfortable value, but unfortunately this year, they unilaterally canceled my contract, changed the prices three times as much and I had to call 5 times during 1 month to speak with Manager Doug and he tells me that Craig Johnson He left in his notes that they cannot go at that price. Very sad that a company of that magnitude loses a loyal customer of more than 5 years due to lack of attention. I will not use them again, much less recommend them. Definitely one less client... but many for not recommending.....

My neighbors had Arrow spray for bugs and they ruined their lawn and a portion of ours! Check these pictures out I called and filed a complaint, manager was unavailable but will call tomorrow supposedly. I will update after seeing how they resolve this. *UPDATE* After speaking with Wesley, a manager, he assured me that no chemicals were used that would kill the grass. What a cop out! Instead of doing the right thing to ensure satisfaction, he blamed the landscapers LOL this company is deceitful and wreckless! Stay away!

Well this story started 5 years ago... unfortunately Miller before Arrow bought them was OVERCHARGING us by 3xs. OUR FAULT for not noticing sooner. Now fast forward to January 2020. We called Arrow to ask them why our bill was so high... They responded that we have been overpaying and we have a credit of 2800. SINCE January 22nd 2020 we have contacted Arrow no less than 20 times.. we have spoken to one manager named RODNEY no less than 10 times. He has promised up and down that we will be getting our refund. When we ask when, it was at first... next week.. then two weeks because they needed approval to get the check cut. Then on Feb 6th, we got from RODNEY that it would take up to a month to get our check back... We waited.. we waited and then on Feb 28th ( by my math that would be 37 days after we first talked to them). NOW the response from RODNEY is he misspoke... it would be 30 days from the January 6th date... I have asked some real simple questions that anyone who actually WANTS to get a valued customer of 5 years taken care of: 1- When was my refund check cut? 2- If it wasnt cut yet... when WILL it be cut? 3- Who is your supervisors name? 4- Who from corporate can I call to get help on this? We cannot get ANY of these questions answered... the only thing they seem to do is continue to answer my phone calls and texts with.. I am asking this person who will check for you.. and then we never get a response. FOLKS... Do you really want to deal with a company that treats is LOYAL customers like this? Not to mention our back yard is a disaster and we have clovers ALL over our front yard... This level of incompetence is just amazing. I have begged them to help... I am not asking for ANYTHING but what I am owed.. it should not be that hard to get a major company who has already admitted in writing and in phone calls that they owe us that money. Please feel free to contact us and I will be glad to go into more detail on the run around we are currently getting... so sad... ***UPDATE*** Once Arrows corporate got involved we got our check in two days*** Thank you for fixing the problem and I have updated my original 1 star review to a standing 3 star review.... The ball is now in your court if you would like to try to amend this broken relationship or not. Thank you!!

Everyone who walks past our house says that we have the best lawn in the neighborhood. Since we don t do anything to it, other than watering, it must be the Arrow treatments that make it look so good!

Professional Help

Multiple services are offered by Arrow, this is not just an exterminator company. We discussed environmental conditions around the house including additional, bug resistant, insulation in our attic and lawn care.

John, our rep was very professional and friendly. Took his time and did a thorough job.

have been a client of Arrow for a while now. Never had issues with insects/pests at my old house, so never really had to use them. Recently moved into a new construction home which had issues with ants. Contacted arrow to schedule an inspection/treatment session. Couldnt fit me on their schedule for 2 days. When they arrived, they were in and out of my house within 10 minutes. Never looked at the exterior of the home. 3 days later, issue of ants in my house worsened. I contacted arrow and they told me they couldnt send anyone out for another 2 days. When I threatened to terminate my contract with them, they sent someone out same day. Technician laid bait for the ants in my bathroom... which only drew more ants into the house and worsened the problem. I spoke to arrow again today and they said they couldnt get anyone out to my house for another 2 days. I told them that was unacceptable and was told Id hear back from a manager. Four hours later, still waiting. In the meantime, I hired Massey pest control to present to my house for inspection/treatment session. They had an agent to my house within an hour who did a much more thorough job and found several points of entry (which Arrow never discovered), which were then treated. Massey has now secured my business because they are significantly more professional, timely, and thorough than Arrow has been.

I had Millers performing lawn care and irrigation. Loved, loved, loved them. Great technicians and office staff. Then it all fell apart when Arrow bought out Millers. What once was a beautiful lush lawn gradually began to deteriorate. Millers always gave me a call the day before service so I knew to protect my pet from fresh lawn applications. Not so with Arrow, even though I personally called and requested a heads up. I ended up resorting to inspecting my own lawn and finding chinch, fungus,etc Arrow tech simply would come and spray. Never noticed the problems or notified me Guess this is what happens when a family owned business gets bought up by a huge corporation. I ve since sold that house. But rest assured I will never use Arrow again! Nor will I ever refer them to friends.

Reached out to the person auto-responding below a week ago.....have heard nothing. They simply do not care. Don t let their paid survey response campaign fool you- they have horrible customer service.

Like most homeowners in Central Florida my yard has St Augustine grass. Upon returning from a trip I noticed a fungus was rapidly taking over and called Arrow in a panic. That day someone came to my home, treated my yard, and gave me practical advice on how to catch and/or lessen the intensity of the damage in the future. Two weeks later... they scheduled a time to return to my property and assess the progress! THAT S customer service!

My tech comes every month. I get to talk to my tech Chris, and ask questions. I also make sure I follow through on my part, whether its water in 24 hours etc. I have recommended Arrow to many of my neighbors. I have been with Arrow for over 5 years now, and I will continue as long as the good service and communication continues!

I have had service with a company that Arrow acquired to expand into a new market. In the 2 1/2 years with the prior company I had exceptional service and minimal concerns. When something was amiss the prior company would take action immediately and it was always resolved! In one case the tech was in my neighborhood and saw something I had not, he took care of it before it became a big issue!! INCREDIBLE service!!! Now sense Arrow has taken over I have had nothing but issues! In the first treatment they managed to kill huge sections of my yard and in areas that have never had weeds they are taking over! My yard looks like nothing is being done for the amount of money I am spending is Arrow just taking my money? Sure does feel like it, when I call I am told we will look into it and contact you... 2 weeks later and I am still waiting... Subpar chemicals my assumption because I was able to confirm they changed when Arrow took over and non existent customer service! Stay far away, they only want your money and don t care about you our the quality of service they provide, or there brand! Side note, who puts a marketing sign in a yard with Huge dead spots...

They are still killing our grass. Just like before. They only like new customers because they can save money. Once you start having problems, they bail out on you. Wait and see the slow burn after about a year

Prior to Arrow Environmental Services taking over, while with Miller Environmental, I had no problems with billing nor service. Having transferred all yard treatment services (and adding pest control) in June/July of this year, I have had problems every month. My issues are as follows: 1. Inconsistent and incorrect notification of services. 2. A property in their system was registered to me that I have never owned. May be related to #1 above. 3. Gate left open and dogs escaped after a service. Ever since, I have had to make sure post-service that the gate is closed. Problem with #1 since some times I dont even get notified of service. 4. During their change over and my buying of a new property, I have called at least twice to question a bill I have received for the old property. I was told to ignore it by the sales girl once and told not to worry about it a second time later. I have since been sent to collections over $60 without a courtesy call. Obviously since I was continuing and increasing my service, I would have paid this. 5. Receiving the notification for collections, I called to cancel all services immediately and was told someone would contact me regarding being sent to collections. After 2 days, I received no feedback. I had to call again to check on the status. The resolution I am now receiving is this is a valid charge I miss Miller Environmental and wish they had stuck around. I understand theres growing pains with a change over like this, but I do not have confidence in this company any longer. Stay away unless you want to baby sit what should otherwise be an automated service. Edit: For the purposes of full disclosure, I received a phone call that the balance has been taken care of and required no payment on my end. Points 4 & 5 above are resolved.

Unprofessional and unethical. I had AES visit my home for an inspection and quote. After deliberation with the sales person I was quoted $275 for the initial treatment followed by quarterly payments of $75 for monthly maintenance. I agreed to the quote and set up the first service call. That night I was charged $350 instead of the agreed upon $275. I reached out to the sales person, explained the mistake and he told me hed have them fix it the next day. That next morning I received a call from the sales person explaining he had misquoted me, the initial visit is usually $400 not $275 and that his manager would not sign off on such a discounted amount. Now if that had been explained to me before hand this wouldnt have been such a problem. I probably wouldve continued with the service. However, since management decided to charge me MORE than we agreed upon WITHOUT my consent, we have a problem. That is an unacceptable and unprofessional way to conduct business. I could not have been more upset at the sheer betrayal of my trust as a consumer and valued customer. I immediately cancelled the service and requested a refund which I was assured would be executed. This was a week ago and I have yet to see my misappropriated $350 returned. I will now be following up with my bank to retrieve my funds. This is a chore I do not need. For the record, Tom, my Arrow sales rep was courteous, professional, polite and accommodating at literally every turn. He made a mistake when quoting me. That I can abide, mistakes happen to the best of us. What I cannot and will not abide is someone else making decisions about my finances without my permission. Shame on you Arrow, fie and shame.

Before I hired Arrow Environmental, I had another company that didnt do anything for my yard. I had more weeds than I had grass. About six months after hiring Arrow, I could see a tremendous improvement in my yard! These guys are great. You will not be disappointed with their services!

I would not recommend this company. Similar to another review, what they dont tell you is that they bill you at the first of the month pre-service. My service date is not until the 27th so they have my money almost a full month before I get service. Nice business model if you can get it, but not for me. I pay when services are rendered. I just got billed for the initial service about a week ago in the amount of about $275, now got hit a week later for $95 and no service until later in the month. I asked that my account be cancelled and they still billed me. Probably going to have to file a dispute with my bank. All the companies in this segment are competitive find one that works for you. If you like paying for things ahead of time go for it. Id rather be billed after service like it should be.

Every since Arrow bought out 4 All Seasons, the quality of the products they use have gone downhill. We used to have a beautiful lawn with no weeds and no pests inside of our home. Now that Arrow has taken over, we have a yard and flower beds with weeds. We now have black spots of mold in the yard and areas that used to be thin now have some sort of thin bladed grass or weed, put in them, that we did not ask for. Now we have a weaval or mite infestation in our pantry, that has destroyed our dog food, rice, grains, cereals, crackers, and so forth. This is the second time we have had this treated. The first time, we had something scheduled and no one showed up. We later found out that the technician had a heat stroke and no one called us to let us know. The Service Manager showed up and treated the closet. Yes, it killed a few of the weavals, but now they are back with a vengeance. Now we have to throw out a bunch of food and our Orijen dog food, which is not cheap. We are now several hundred dollars in the hole for food and dog food. You call to let them know, and you get placed on hold while they try to contact a manager or technician to get out to your house. They expect you to wait for a phone call from the Managers before they can schedule a technician. Customer Service has gone down hill so much since Arrow bought out 4 All Seasons.
