They know their stuff, dont pressure you into something you dont want, and they have very competitive prices.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Mower was in for an oil leak. It was still leaking oil after the first time they dropped it off, otherwise it would have been five stars. They picked it up again same day, fixed the issue and returned it the next day.

They are always very helpful and considerate. When purchasing equipment, it has been my experience that they listen to what your needs are and then fit you to the proper piece of equipment. They do not try to upsell you for a bigger sale.

I sent in my tractor for a plastic bearing on a front wheel 2 Weekes later I contacted them and was told there was nothing wrong with wheel they did not even look at it if they did they would have seen the tire was rubbing and was about to fall off when I picked up the tractor I was then told it was a spindel they could have told me that 2 weeks earlier then told me it had a steering problem and it would cost 300 dollars to fix this is not how you do business this is not how you treat your customers or your NEIGHBORS stay clear of this place

Over the years it s been a struggle to get excellent service for my equip i.e. Exmark, Turbo Diesel tractor, atvs etc been to Emerichs, H&M & others and received high prices, poor workmanship, and poor service. Nino (owner) of Turnpike Power and his staff, plus master mechanic Patrick are AWESOME! They repaired my Exmark & serviced my Yamaha atv. Great work at VERY FAIR prices. Very very pleased. If you re looking to buy new or service what you have Turnpike Power under Nino s leadership are fantastic to do business with.

Super friendly and helpful when I needed parts for my lawn mower. They also helped me get a new snow blower the same day when my old one died in the middle of a snow storm and everything went very smooth.

Bought a 2x26 cub snowblower. Nice ppl. If you go here its priced the same as Home Depot. Makes more sense to buy at a good dealer like Turnpike. Better than previous owner by far.

I went looking at a riding mower with my brother. We stopped here after looking at Cub Cadet mowers at other places. Cub Cadet dealers get models that are much better and not available at any other stores accept the dealers like Turnpike Power Equipment. The owner was very knowledgeable. Great place to stop in for a mower.

Good experience with Turnpike Power Products. The timeline was long as the piece took a while to be delivered but the technicians were very responsive and took the time to explain step by step. Very convenient pick up/drop off service too. Overall very professional and responsive compared to others in the surrounding area.

I recently brought my Poulan Pro snow blower in for belt replacement and tune up. Turnpike provided very prompt, quality service at a very fair rate. I will be a new regular customer for my mowers as well.

I read great reviews of Turnpike PE so I decided to call them to service my lawn mower/tractor and my snow blower. When I called, I was told that the turn around time was about one week and that the pick up/delivery rate was about $40 (that seems reasonable and very fair to me as I have no way of transporting my equipment). My machines were picked up on Tuesday and to my surprise, delivered to me on Thursday! Two days!! Granted, they had the time to service them quickly but I was completely ok with one week processing- but WOW! Great service, REASONABLE pricing-- my bill for both machines AND delivery was just under $300 (no major issues, just maintenance). I am happy and will continue to bring my lawn mower and snow blower to Turnpike for servicing and repair. Excellent. THANK YOU!

I bought my mower there. They were excellent to work with. When it needed maintenance I called,and the parts were at the counter when I walked in. I broke a caster on my mower,they had a used 1 that saved me time and money. I recommend Turnpike for anyone looking to buy or service landscape equipment.

Bought lawn tractor from turnpike power equment in 2015 in august of this year the seals went out in the rear axles my husband called and they told him to bring it in .in 3 days they called and said it was done.cant get better than that.i give them 5 stars.

Dont be swayed by first impressions, the owners are terrific and personable people. I bought a new tractor with snow package back in June. Called for the snow package in the fall and they had it ready super quick for me. I have a local Cub dealer 5 minutes away but chose to do business at Turnpike an hour away.

Very negative experience. I purchased a $1300 Cub Cadet snow blower in 2013. Since then, I experienced a few mechanical issues. When calling Turnpike Power for assistance, they were rude and dismissive. I ended up calling Cub Cadet, who acknowledged there was a manufacturing defect and shipped replacement parts for free. When calling on a separate occasion for a maintenance request, I was told to simply go away because they were too busy. If you value customer service, stay away...
