Terrible Service by Santiago. He is the owner, but he doesn’t really know how to train his crew so they provide the services to homeowners properly. We told him to lower the watering system in our backyard planters, his employees shut off the whole system. They did the same with the front lawn. When asked to come fix the problem, he always said he can’t and will come on the service day. Terrible, every week I had to discuss gardening and water issues with him yet his employees would come and mess up things again. It almost became a profession for me lol. He is cheap so is his service. If you don’t want to do his job partially, then do yourself a favor and hire someone else who will hopefully leave you worry free.

What a gift it has been to find Santiago Tree Service!! We are incredibly grateful for the excellent job they did at our home! We were heartbroken to need to remove our beautiful oak tree in front of our home due to a fungus. Santiago and Oscar and team went above and beyond to carry this out with great care! The entire team was present during the whole day of the project. They respectfully worked with our neighbor whose yard they needed to access and they too were happy with the work done. The process of taking down our beloved tree was explained. The workers wore the company shirts, continually cleaned and kept the area safe. They returned to clean up all of the remaining debris as well as move the few large pieces of wood we retained. As difficult as it was to need to proceed with this tree removal , Santiago and his team made this a positive experience, much like an excellent surgeon one would entrust their care to. We look forward to working with them for other landscape projects in the future. We highly recommend their services!!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Santiago's for my tree removal! From our first contact, it was the smoothest experience. The crew arrived on time. They were friendly and so professional! This is a very experienced and well-trained group. They all worked so hard and had my old 40-foot tree taken down and the yard cleaned up exactly as I was told they would, and for the best price out of everyone else I had called. They absolutely are the best.

23 years of professional, reliable, trustworthy, excellent service. Great with communication. Hard working. Kind and friendly but not like chit-chatty and not get the work done kind of friendly. He is knowledgeable and able to do many things other than just the weekly stuff like look after the trees, sprinklers, create planters and elaborate pathways, stairway, fencing, etc. No complaints after all these years and after having first tried a couple of other people... plus his prices are reasonable. And he has a good crew. Santiago took the business over from his dad around 8 years ago and has kept up the high rate of service backed by many years of experience. I swear he didn't pay me to say this! He wouldn't. He said if I can't give him 5 stars please let him know what he can do better.
