Great service!

Check your bank statement. This company has been double charging me and also overcharging me. They dont return phone calls or emails. They call me for payment. When I ask about the double charging, they say someone will call me back and they dont.

I am picky about my lawn and been through a couple of lawn care companies till I hired Unlimited Lawn Care. They are a step above the other companies and do a thorough job!

Im a current user and this has one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The scam is a guy will visit and give you the best rate. The person will then become AWOL and will not respond to your calls or messages. But the real issue is there will be no visits made at your place instead you receive an email saying the visit is made. This is happening even after raising a ticket at help desk. No one takes your call, all you receive is an auto mail stating, we have completed service at your place where no service was made. I. PAID 180 DOLLARS upfront for this scam. I generally dont post negative reviews but this gave me a worst experience because of which Im posting.

They came and used blue dye on our grass, which we were never told about. My son and I went out to get the trash bin and our shoes got really dirty and now they look blue. I called the company, we talked and they said there is nothing that can be done about the dirty shoes and they hung up on me.

My lawn after the year of their service full of weeds and partially dead. Customer service line doesnt work and there is no way to cancel the service. After several emails and phone calls to cancel the service, they still sending people to treat my lawn and I told them that service was cancelled long time ago, but they reported me to collection agency. Worst service, worst company, waist of money.

I have had Unlimited lawn service for over 6 years. Over the past 2 years, their service, quality and customer service has deteriorated so much. Treatments are not effective and my lawn is full of weeds. The management is argumentative and not customer focused.

Quinton serviced my lawn today. I think hes done so before, as I recognized his smiling face. Said he applied pre-&-post-emergents and fertilizer. Professional, cheerful, and THOROUGH. I watched him anonymously from my office. His application overlapped each time for good coverage, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you, sir!

Used unlimited for a year and a half and still had weeds all over my lawn. Switched to barefoot organics lawn care and they had wiped out those weeds after the first treatment. Just threw away money with unlimited lawn care.

Stay away...Had a horrible experience breaking up with this company. I called them in Late March 2024 and then again early April 2024. They proceeded to do another service and now want me to pay for it. Sent me to collections over $38 and refuse to acknowledge my calls or documentation. Dont do business with this company. 1. I had issues getting to the website to pay 2. My grass always had weeds even after calling about fixing the prev visit 3. They dont break up or keep their word on final billing

Ive only had one treatment of the lawn in my backyard so far and it seems fine but I have been impressed by their excellent customer service.

If I could give a -5 would. Not only did the condition of my lawn deteriorate, (actually nearly killed the whole lawn) after a year of service, trying to cancel the service resulted in weeks of harassment and had to threaten legal action to get them to stop calling. Horrible company.

Tyler and the team came out today to treat the yard. They were very diligent to treat the corners of the lawn and made sure my concerns were addressed. I would definitely request them for the next visit as well.

I would not use this LawnCare company they not care about your lawn. They don t take care of it. They only do Haft job five minutes then leave missing and bare spots all over. I give Credit to Mosquito control service part they did a great job. very thorough.

They did an okay job handling our neighborhood lawn maintenance. According to our HOA they are only contracted to do mow, blow and edge. However, their technician or whoever operates the lawn mower is not doing a good job. Some of the houses have sloped yard and they just ran with whatever setting they have on the machine which ended up cutting the grass too low/killing the grass. And now I have erosion problem on my back yard because the grass is gone. Justin wasn t even on a call where he was supposed to attend our town hall meeting. There is a reason why they are cheaper than other competitors according to what our HOA mentioned in the meeting. That s because they provide poor quality work and they don t even care about taking care of their customer. Just look at how they treat us by avoiding a town hall meeting that was requested by our HOA

I m using Unlimited Lawncare service. I see yard is greener. The customer service is excellent, Andrew Devenport has been very helpful with tons of guidance.

They are good for about the first 6 months, after that, the weeds will slowly start coming back. I even got a letter from my HOA about weeds and I ve been using ULC for over a year. It s ridiculous. Afterwards, they won t cancel when you speak to their tech, you must call the main office to cancel.

they don t do complete lawn and then charge card continuously even after year end services are completed. Multiple times it was observed that their representative do not complete the service on the whole yard entire last year and leave. They have charged the card without me CONFIRMING to renew it. This is done to my friend also. Even though you say it is there mentioned if I have not confirmed it DO NOT STEP ON MY LAWN. I gave them a chance last year as it was mentioned we have new management and we will do better. You people do not even do whole yard. Get your acts right.

My wife and I have used Unlimited for almost 2 years now and was almost ready to drop the service until our last service technician Jess did a very thorough t treatment. She was very informative and did not mind to listen to our Concerns and she seemed happy to be doing her job, a huge upgrade to the last couple of technicians that treated our property..good job guys!! After speaking with her my wife and I are considering,doing a remodeling of all our properties they just had so many good ideas that would increase everything about the land scape.. unlimited lawns is the place to go if you want the job done right!! Unlimited Lawn Care saved my lawn. Over the years I used a few different Lawn Care services, and none of them worked very well, so I tried to do it by myself and the first few years, I was able to do an OK job, but then everything went south and my lawn looked miserable. I call Unlimited Lawn Care and they saved the day. I used them for 3 years and my lawn never looked better. I would also say that Shanice in customer services was wonderful and was great to work with.

I was having issues with my lawn and requested someone to come and inform me what was happening. They sent James J. and he was AWESOME!! He immediately identified the problem and treated it thoroughly. He was professional and polite and told me what was happening with my lawn and what to expect going forward. I wish he was my Usual technician :-)

They are scam . I was on package with them after completing that package they will direct continue their services without giving you a call and they gave me bill of 42 dollar more (I called customer service to let them know that you charged me for the service that I didn t wanted they are like we sent you an email regarding that. They can call you repeatedly to get a business but after getting business they cant give you a call to let you know that now onwards will charge you this much) and on top of that i used to get call everytime they comes at my place to give service when i was in package but after that package ran out you will not get anykind of calls, I directly got bill no call before coming at my place and nothing prior!!! Worst experience

After years of either lies or incompetence for the staff at Unlimited Lawn Care concerning my frustration dealing with Poa Annua weed in my yard, I finally reached someone that was knowledgeable, respectful and informative in response to my concerns. Sondra acknowledged that this is a difficult weed to deal with and that it would take effort on both of our parts to impact the infestation. Hopefully we can develop a plan and make some progress this spring.

This place knows what their doing. The main goal is to help the customer and do exactly what they say they do. This is coming from personal experience. Great people.

I am livid! I cancelled my service in writing due to poor customer service in 2023. A few mos later, I find a guy in my front yard, treating it, and I told communicated to him, that I emailed his company and cancelled my account. 5 or 6 mos later, I receive a bill for $190! The company claims I reinstated my account via phone. Lies! When asked to provide me with a written confirmation they reinstated my account, they could not. Why would I cancel my account in writing, but fail to reinstate my account in writing? They are scammers and are attempting to get me to foot the bill for their poor record keeping. I am taking them to court! Stay away!

We ve used Unlimited for over a year now and they have done a great job keeping our yard looking great. We ve had a few different techs throughout the year and each one has maintained the standard. When we resodded an area this past year, we notified the company and the techs were careful not to spray anything on it. Most recently, our tech, Tyler Scroggins put down spring preemergent so we re looking forward to another year having the best lawn in the neighborhood.

The technician that came to my house this morning only treated small portion of my front yard. He didn t even treated the side and backyard.

Stay away from this company. For two months they have fraudulently charged my credit card for services I never received ; charging approx twice my normal lawn care fees. I tried to work with cust NO service and got no where. I had to file CC Disputes twice with my CC company in an effort to get my money back. I ve asked to speak to a supervisor or manager several times and they are never avail, hiding behind to underpaid frontline care team . I was told a manager would called me back and that never happened. So many better lawn services out there to use with better care and service. I d avoid this one!!

Be careful: We were very keen to sign up, but the person who came to spray and service the lawn, was LAZY or the company and did it just in front of the cameras and SKIPPED the rest of the lawn area that we marked online, fortunately with the other cameras, our neighbors camera caught it, and they showed us. No longer going back.

Worst service. Didnt do anything and charged the credit card. I have recorded ring cameras and they still disagree and say technician was here. As stated in other reviews, they just put a tag on the lawn and go. They ask to give good reviews and will refund $10. Hence all these good reviews are paid reviews. Beware and save ur money.

Very unprofessional and money is waste on spending on these guys. They seems to spray plain water as my lawn is looking like its not even being maintained by anyone. Too much weed throughout my lawn. The very bad thing is they dont even respond to any method of contacting. Only sales people to signup new services answer calls but if you are already a customer then you are in hell and they dont care. No response to phone calls and no response to multiple online service requests. For 1 year, they only treated my lawn on front of the house and they didnot treat my backyard and when asked they say they thoughti have only signed up for the front of the lawn but paying full price. They are such a worthless company and you are money is directly going to sewer if you are going to sign up with them.

Even after having their service for many years they are unable to control the weed on my lawn especially this year my lawn is looking like untreated for weeds even after i am paying for unlimited lawn care service for weed control. I feel the service they are providing is literally worthless for the money i am paying. I am going to switch to a different provider. I definitely dont recommend this service. Even though they are offering $5 less per service when compared to other providers its useless. You either dont have a weed control service at all or better go for a better provider because this is literally useless. They dont even respond to calls and service calls

I have just subscribed to the weed and fertilization program. I really like the way Andrew approached me and convinced me about their services. After 3 months of my service Before Subscribing to the service, Andrew promised me that within two weeks my weeds will be eliminated. And After 3 months, I have seen my grass dying and Weeds are growing everywhere. It looks like they are growing weeds not treating weeds. And they never respond to Phone calls, emails or messages. This is really frustrating service. Please dont waste your money by subscribing to unlimited Lawn carre. I am cancelling my service after seeing their service.

Big mistake going with this lawn service contract this year.Would have given less than a star but there is no option. Not professional at all and lawn service not on time. Weed and patches all over the lawn. I had paid extra $85 for Areration service and it s been 2+ months and not done. Every time I follow up ppl answering call either say equipment broke or the service guy not in the area or say it s scheduled in upcoming week(which never came). I asked for a refund like 4 weeks back which they said they will but never got refunded.

I recommend not to subscribe for their lawn care program. Forget about getting rid of weeds, they dont even treat your yard once you sign up. My lawn went from good to worst in the last 3-4 months after signing up with Unlimited. Every time I call them up, they say they are going to reschedule the service visit and every time they are here they only treat the front yard and dont even care to do the back yard at all even after leaving the door open. I was watching a few times on what they do during the service visit and they just come in put the sign boards without fail and leave without treating the yard. Extremely Disappointed!

We made a 1-year program for the maintenance of our garden and they received a down payment. before the agreement, they said that they guarantee that we will notice the change after the 2nd service. Now the 4th service is over and our garden could not get rid of weeds. Despite our repeated calls, they did not give extra service. I will never work with this company when the service fee we pay is over.

Where to start... first of all, agree 100% with reports that the service is sketchy outside of front yard. Ill admit, I was lax in calliing in complaints. I mean, who wants to call in, be on hold 10-20 min only to be called a liar? Not me! And the absolute truth is as long as the HOA isnt nasty-gramming me, or fining me, Ive got other things to worry about. But then I saw the additional $154 charge on my credit card. So I bit the bullet and called. To be told it was for aeration on 8/3. And even though I specifically asked that the additional scam -- sorry service - be cancelled last year, and there are no signs that my yard has been aerated in the past year or more, Kaylin insisted that their trackers prove that it happened and the charge is valid. Of course, this is after I called back on 8/21 to follow up on the call I made on 8/10. Huh. According to my Ring doorbell, my regular yard service was here (Thanks, Noah!!) , and Amazon stopped by, as did the USPS and even someone wanting to buy my not-for-sale house. Yall know who DID NOT appear on the video? You guessed it! No sign of Unlimited on 8/3. Or 8/2 or even 8/4. The upshot is that my experience with Unlimited Lawn Care has been unsatisfactory from the services they are supposed to provide, to their approach to managing customer concerns. I was a customer for several years. The key word here being was. So, does anyone have a recommendation for a legit company that will provide the services paid for?

They are worst ever. Did a terrible job and I called and cancelled them. I had a different company come and service my lawn for 6 months. Now out of the blue unlimited came and serviced my lawn and says they didnt get my cancellation request. Note this: there is no real way to cancel their service. They will ask for proof of cancellation. Stay away from them.

Ive had their service for a little over a year. Unfortunately, our weeds got out of control this year, so I called to have them come out again. Neil was the service technician, and he seemed to have done a very good job of showing the weeds. Time will tell. However, his equipment sounded like he was having problems with when he got here, but he did his service.

Unlimited Lawncare has limited results and cuatomer service. Our HOA has been using them for a year and I can confidently say that our common area turf looks much worse under their care. Save your money and go elsewhere.

While I had UNLIMITED for several years with decent service, 2023 has been an utter disaster and recently called and canceled my service! Problem service areas included: Uneven & ineffective applications. Wrong chemicals applied to my yard. (I.E. Cold weather lawn chemicals vs warm weather lawn chemicals.) Service reports that did not match the service that was supposed to be performed. (Technician notes indicated wrong service performed. Validated that wrong service was performed via my outdoor cameras.) Billed for service never performed. (Validated via my outdoor cameras.) Service ticket opened on the web that was never actioned. Even my called in cancelation was not handled properly as one of their trucks just showed up to do service. If you decide to get service from this company, I highly recommend keeping a close eye on them, and if you have outside cameras . CHECK THEM AFTER EACH SERVICE! Update: It is now October 9th and I have canceled my service via the web portal, via email, via a phone call and even a direct conversation with one of the drivers and their trucks and bills keep showing up. Since I already replaced UNLIMITED with another service, they are probably damaging my lawn. It looks like I may have to get a lawyer to end my relationship with UNLIMITED. Do yourself a favor, unless you want UNLIMITED headaches . Don t use this company!!

Scammers!! Stay away from them!! I needed someone to start ASAP so I started collecting quotes. Unlimited law are was one of the companies to respond back. I asked them for a start date and never got a response to that email. In October I get a collection letter from them asking for money. I have emails clearly stating that I do not have service with them. I have cameras all over the place that shows the service was never delivered. I called their office and the lady said she will investigate and send email but she never did. The guy Joshua Carter has finally responded to my email from June stating asking for a start date constitutes start of agreement. I never signed anything or provided payment details. I wonder if this is how they generate revenue by go around scamming people. I know 4 other people who have reported the same issue with this company.

Watch out. May continue services you didnt ask for or contract for. Unlimited continued service without my agreement. Was told that my previous work with them inicated that they could continue service without my approval. Wow. Needless to say, Im finished with them.

Alert!!! This is a scam company. They claim to have come by your house and serviced it. Charged you card but never came to the house. When I called they swore up and didn t that the trucks are equipped with a tracking system so they can tell that they were at my home. Checked the cameras and realized that unlimited lawn carb was lying. So be aware!!! Called JANIS who is the customer service to complain and her answer was that something must be wrong with my brand new camera that show 6 different location. Lol!! So I called Kordai the sales rep .. incredibly rude also hung up the phone in mid sentence. There are so many companies that offer lawn care do don t fall into this scam of a company. Called ask for a manger and they claim that there is none at the time being!! Haha obviously they are all in the same cubicle saving each other led back. This is the service you are bound to get scammed. Once you sign with them you won t be able to complain to a manager. BEWARE!!! Companies like this are professional scammers! Also writing to the better business bureau.

Worst company ever. Hired them for 1 year but my lawn got really bad. Very poor quality service. All they do is try to sell you unwanted stuff and you wont even notice, they will get automatically added to your next renewal.

I have used this company for a couple years, in the past i was suspicious a couple of times whether or not the service was actually done, with my home office I never quite caught them and when i did spot them they were doing as i was paying them. Today i actually caught their driver, sitting in his truck, planting a flag, and not doing a thing. If you use this company, keep an eye on them. Update: After terminating them, and completely unannounced, and employee showed up to my home. It took me telling him 4 times to leave my property for him to finally leave.

My lawn technician Quinton Nash is the best I ve ever had! He s always thorough, and answers any questions I might have. My lawn looks better than ever! Love these guys!

Used them for several years. Had a new technician and noticed weeds everywhere in my yard. I do not believe the technician was spraying anything. I contacted the company, and sent pictures of all the weeds. They made excuses that they were a special type of weed that comes up in the winter. Even though all of my neighbors who use a different company have none of these weeds. I refused to pay for the services since the services did not work. They then refused to answer my emails and calls and sent me to collections. Glad I have all the email communication and pictures. DO NOT USE!!!

They said they showed up and didnt. Then they charged us for service we never recieved. Called customer service and they said management would call us back and they didnt. This company is a scam. So many other people are having the same problems. Just read the reviews. Terrible and unprofessional

For us they did not work out, they did come when they were suppose to but they were unable to manage the weeds in our yard. I appreciate the extra sprays to address the issue, but the reason I pay for a service is so it is not a concern of mine. They said it needs more time and additional applications. This was never a problem with the previous company we had. You get what you pay for

If you want to dig your own weeds even you pay them, you can start a membership with Unlimited. I reported them the weeds and this is their response: The images you have sent me is called dallis grass. It is best if you dig up this weed , these weeds have a very deep root and our chemical is going to have a very tough time killing and sometimes does more damage than it does help. I am also going to be showing you a few photos of dallis grass from the internet below so you know what to look for in the yard, the seed heads at the top are always a dead give-away and make it easier to identify. Once you dig it up it should not come back.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with very unprofessional Megan that is. she was yelling at me over the phone. She has the Audacity to tell me that we havent had bad weather. My yard is cover with leaves and they were spraying on top of my leaves thats crazy to me. I will never use them again. Weeds never went away. I would never suggest anyone to use them. I will also put this on my HOA website. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Ive wasted enough. It should be called UNLIMITED BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only asked them to wait for me to get the leaves up. We had so much rain last year. My yard floods when it rains.

I signed up for the service 2 years ago and the sales person signed me up for service all around the house, The service only has been done in part of the front and no where else. I would not recommend.

They said they will set my account. After 3 days I havent heard from them and decided to contract others. Next week I saw their truck pretending to spray my yard and I stopped them. Acknowledged them that I have not signed a contract with them. Then the technician called the manager. Next week in the row 4.15.22 I saw their truck in my yard with the houses pulled and a guy hit the ring telling me that he had applied the scheduled service. (I never received a notification for that). Then I told that I would not pay that since I have decided for other company. and the technician told be to be Ok and will tell the manager to stop the service. Minutes later I receive in the email a bill for the service. Call them to stop the service and cancel my account. The lady told me that she cant cancel because she needs to call the manager. Ask for manager number and she told me that cant provide Alex Phone number. Also if I dont pay the bill it will go to collection. What kind of guys are we dealing with here?? I feel that I have to pay for a non solicited business with them...who can defend the customer... Police, should I have to contract a lawyer to finalize this nightmare?? I know they need the business but they are a mess and why I have to pay for their mess and their lack of customer service?? It is the new policy of the business? so they can do services that havent been contracted for and anyway the customer has the obligation to pay?? Ridiculous and probably we do need the police intervention...I guess.

Like many others, I too have experienced bad service with UNLIMITED LAWN CARE. 1 - I would have a scheduled service for someone to come out and treat for weeds. I work from home so Im able to witness what is being done. Absolutely nothing. The guy nonchalantly spays my lawn. The solution has to be watered down because I CONSTANTLY continue to see weeds in my grass. Ive called numerous of times to express my concerns and they send another person out and it does appear to be better the second time but why do I need to complain first to have better treatment?? 2 - My lawn never really looked well maintained as others who has a different service provider. I would consistently see bare spots that I was told was treated. The services provided just never met my expectations coming from a lawn care specialist. 3 - Customer service is lousy as well. I would call in to voice my concerns and I truly believe that they could care less about your problems! They seem to show lack of concern there. I would not recommend UNLIMITED LAWN CARE to anyone, unless youre expecting mediocre lawn care service.

Th service is so bad, the marketing/sales team who visited my lawn, without knowing I was already their customer, started to comment bad about my lawn. They admitted they arent doing a great job either. Such is their service. Not sure what changed, even their customer service team who were prompt (prompt is 1 week), are doing a worse job. The pics they have posted in their website, Im sure are from some other companys and definitely not a proof of their work.

They provide no service and weeds grow all over the back yard and also sprayed something in my back yard and all the grass is dead now. Please stay away.

I have been a customer of Unilited Lawn Care in Alpharetta for 2-3 years...I have seen NO improvement on my lawn and have complained multiple times. No one seems to care that you are not a happy customer. I would suggest staying away from this company and not wasting your money.

I get the Mosquito spray service and it works. I live very close to a lake and a creek. The mosquitoes are bad here. But since I got the yard sprayed, theres a huge difference. Im happy with the price and quality of service.

Not responsive and didnt provide service between March and June - when contacted did not provide reason and did not make it right. You have to watch them to ensure lawn care service provided as they will not do whole lawn if you dont watch. Had to have them return on multiple occasions before finally cancelling. Not an honest company. Others are now cancelling services as well.

Just had Herb & Randy come out to aerate and overseed my fescue lawn. This is a lawn care ritual I have Unlimited Lawn Care perform every year in the early fall. These guys were great and did an exceptional job at taking care of some bare spots that needed a little TLC. I always prep my lawn before having my lawn aerated and oversewed by mowing it a little lower than usual and raking up any areas of dead grass down to the soil. Looking forward to another year where my neighbors are green with envy over my thick, green, and beautiful lawn.

More like unbelievable lawn care, like bad. I asked if before the service is performed, they can come and talk to me about the service. Didn t happen, called to see if someone can come do that in the future, apparently some one came and looked at the property and left. Several calls later, no change. Disconnected the service, save yourself some headache and skip these people. Not worth it. The people you speak to on the phone, are some of the rudest people you can come across, they keep trying to talk over you, without acknowledging what was asked, unbelievably bad. If you notice the trend it s the same kind of concerns in all reviews, and then a follow up saying to call back and resolve. Well didn t you already have the chance when people were getting their service with you.

It was terrible. You will get an email for the service appointment. The technician will come to your lawn and will just put the unlimited lawn tag on your lawn but will never do any services in your yard. I have the front yard and backyard cameras and the technician never did the service. I raised this issue multiple times but no action was taken and it still continues. Finally I decided to cancel. I suggest everyone not to go with unlimited lawn service.

Apart from their ineffective service that didnt help my lawn, they kept sending me this very rude guy, whom I had to kick out of my property the last time then cancel service. I kicked him out before performing his service, but I was still charged for it and after calling them 4 times they would still not cancel the charge.

On 2 occasions this business tried to charge me for services that were not rendered and then argued with me when I KNEW for a fact they were not here at the time because I was working in the yard at the time. To top it off their management is lacking the skills to work with any customer! Wish I could give them no stars but have to at least give one for the review!

I have used Unlimited for the last few years but these last 4 or 5 months it seems the service has been upgraded. I don t have any weeds and I have had the same technician the last few times which goes a long way with me. I would highly recommend using Unlimited Lawn Care!

These guys were supposed to give me a quote. The person never showed up. Then, they started billing me. I called and explained they were billing me for no service. They kept billing and billing and billing. I explained this to them over 10 times. Now, they keep calling for service!!!!. I keep asking to take me off their list, they call me again.

I was not happy with my weed control company and I spoke to Abi about what unlimited could do for me. I am very happy about the quality of the weed control. My grass has been super healthy and no weeds. I highly recommend reaching out to Abi and get a consultation. you will be very happy you did.

This was a basic mowing job. It was done and its not a bad job. They really got it done fast as well. I would recommend if you are just looking to get something done quickly.

Jeff did my lawn the other day. He was very helpful and attentive and explained a very good plan for my lawn.

Tech showed up last Wednesday during high noon in the heat of the day. My yard was green as it s Bermuda. The next day after they sprayed 75% of the yard where they actually sprayed has turned brown. There is a distinct line down each side of the yard. My side dead. Neighbors green. Unlimited says it s army worms. Did they come see for them selves. No. My yard is brown and they have been Fired. Don t use this company. Update: two weeks later abc no response from this company. My entire yard of Bermuda is now brown. Neighbor s yards are green.

The lack of training the employees for this company is Is quite noticeable have had nothing but trouble since signing up for our service agreement sales guy didn t know what he was doing. Should ve canceled and never signed up for this agreement came out they aerated my yard and seated multiple areas are seated but no aeration spoke with Sandra in the customer service department her customer service was horrible and she needs to be trained as well she stated she was a supervisor attached are some pictures of the seating in the aeration that were missed they only offered to come back out and redo it but this is at least the third incident I ve had to have with someone to come back out to my house because they didn t perform the services that they were supposed to in the first place I do not recommend this company to anybody and they do need to get in touch with whoever ownsTo provide quality training for their employees because all the way around there is a lack of training with their employees do not use this company beware it is a rip off

Worst lawn care I have ever seen they have literally destroyed my lawn.. I have so much moss in my yard and they never treated it.. and it has spread badly in my backyard. I would not recommend this company at all.. the weed control was worst I had to call them multiple times to kill the weeds.. they are so care less when the application happens they dont cover the area completely.. I also ordered aretaion once with them as they are discounted.. it was the worst decision..that guys just ran it over the front yard and he missed the backyard completely and ran away before I could talk to him.. Very bad,please dont go with this company.. they are the worst in this business..but they do call everytime when you miss the payment to remind you..

Ever since I started with the company, I have explicitly asked them to treat all around the house, not only the grass areas, as weeds as we know grow everywhere and then spread pretty quickly. I was assured multiple times that this would happen, however the people who came to treat were always in a rush and only treated grass areas. Recently I was traveling and was absent for about 3 months. and when I came back I saw some amazing weeds on the side of my house (that should have been noticed and taken care of with the 3 monthly services that I paid for in the meantime). When I emailed them photos of and asked what was going on, no one responded - I followed up twice and since I did not get any response I decided that I am no longer interested in their services. Hope this helps people who are looking for quality.

Terrible service and awful customer service!! I started the service with them a year ago 01/21/19, unfortunately I paid for the whole year for yard and bed weeds control, so I was tied with them for the whole year. I have tried to talk to a manager calling them many times, they never called me back. They only go to treat your yard beside the regular applications when they are in the area!! So the UNLIMITED is false. Not only the treatment or product they apply is not good, but the customer service is awful. John at customer service, he described as a manager, I do not understand how a manager can treat customers like he did. OWNER of the company, if you listen the recording of your customer service on 01/17/20 at 4:56 p.m. you will have proof of how your managers treat your customers. I talked to Sharon, Manager over Billing and Customer service after leaving 3 messages to called me back. She mentioned that if we continue with the service, she will offer me the next application for free, seriously! She mentioned that John is the best customer service of the company. They do not have a clue of what customer service is!!! What an awful experience I have had with this company! I wish you can post this with ZERO starts, they do not deserve even 1 star!

Rude, unprofessional, unorganized, waste of time, inexperienced. Did not do complementary service when they missed weed treatment. Wanted me to pay first or wait till next treatment. Much easier to just do it yourself.

Have been using this company at my home for almost 2 years now I believe. My kids can play outside without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes as most of my yard is very shaded and mossy and that was a nightmare when we first moved in. Erin was knowledgeable about what would work in my yard for the mosquito treatment, weed control and last fall I did a seed an aerate for fescue since most of my yard is shaded. I havent had an issue to report as of yet.

Unlimited lawn care is the best they treat my yard and apartment complex! They did a fantastic job! Dean at the Branch Guaranteed the work! They also informed me that weed control is tricky and can look brownish where the weeds were treated but that s to be expected after dormant season I m going to have a Beautiful Green Turf for Summer! They will take your money, do something but lawn will look bad anyway. I have been with them for about 8 years. Weed, feed, seed - all were done by Unlimited Lawn Care. I watered it as they asked, I paid them extra for lime and fungi - no matter what my lawn looks bad and I get letters from my home association. Unlimited Lawn Care dont do good lawns, they execute some actions that they think should help and they probably dont have enough expertise to make good calls. I asked a few times to send an expert to look at the lawn, measure or whatever and recommend what needs to be done to make my lawn look OKish. No one came, they just want the money. Once they managed to burn my grass with some chemicals and didnt want to admit it. It took multiple calls. Last drop was when their treatments one after another made no difference and no one wanted to talk to me except accounting. I didnt pay for their last service, they put bunch of fees and penalties and send it to collection. Fine! Unlimited Lawn Care should be ashamed!

Scam. I was told last service would be free and that I would be notified before they came by. Both of these things are false. I do not enjoy strangers working on my home when Im not there. Dont worry I got to speak to a representative that had a terrible day before talking to me so my customer experience with that individual was also terrible.

I have had Unlimited for a couple years. They use to be really good. They have missed multiple applications to my lawn this spring/summer and now it looks bad. I have made multiple calls and no one seems to care. I use to have the nicest lawn in my neighborhood. Not anymore. I would not recommend Unlimited Lawn Care.
