Massey Services GreenUP Lawn Care Service in Alpharetta

This lawncare company has been extremely unreliable. They consistently fail to show up on the scheduled service day, and I have to follow up each time after a no-show. Despite rescheduling me 5-6 times after my complaints, no one has actually shown up, and each time I receive a new excuse. They even charged me without doing a service. The local office people make promises they don’t keep and shows lot of attitude. My experiences with this company have been terrible.

Yesterday the annual termite inspection was conducted by “Inspector” Maria Varela. She did a very detailed inspection and I followed her thru to process and therefore learned about the things I can do to thwart termite infestation!!! My thanks to Maria and Massey!!!!

Highly recommend Massey Pest Control. Not only they have better prices for their services, they provide excellent customer service and will definitely go out of their way to met your needs.

This company is completely unreliable. They do not show up on the scheduled day for service, yet the portal falsely indicates someone visited. They have re-scheduled me 3-4 times after I complained, but no one has shown up. I get new excuses each time. The managers are liars who make excuses each time, only to fail to deliver again. Calling customer service is of no help because they do not seem to care. I have had horrible experiences with this company and am now in the process of cutting the service and getting my refund. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up. There are others who have had similar issues. Lots of the customers might not even know that they do not send anyone for service yet add comments in the portal as if they had showed up. I am glad I have cameras covering the whole front yard and I was also home, so I caught their lie.

Our initial experience with Massey was excellent. The inspector, Cody, was experienced, explained the services well, and was extremely personal. We signed up for lawn, tree, and shrub care as well as pest and mosquito control. I look forward to a lasting relationship with the Massey community.

Dallas Massey’s service is horrible. I would not recommend their lawn service to my worst enemy. For 10 years, I used them for my bugs, in which they have been great. They came to me about the lawn service, in which I was hesitant about. They assured me that they were the best and could provide a better service than my current lawn service companies. I had the worse experience. They never showed up after the initial treatment. I had to chase them down and call several times. I even spoke to the regional manager and he assured me that someone was coming on 2 separate occasions. Guess what, no one called and no one showed up. He told me they are only as good as their people. I was not expecting that nor was I expecting this piss poor service. If you are looking for quality lawn service, I suggest you look somewhere other than Massey’s. No one has called to try to rectify this situation, offer any type of resolution. A loyal customer was definitely lost with this one. The pest service is awesome....

We had some problems with former management team. GM Kevin L took over, took ownership, and personally came to take care of the issues himself and to ensure our situation was properly corrected. Kevin was professional and made sure we were completely satisfied with the solution. Kevin is going to be a great GM for Massey and will soon have the local office working as it should. Thanks Kevin, for your attention to detail.

Very hard to contact to get a scheduled inspection and estimate. Dallas, GA location phones where transferred to Marrietta, GA location but they don’t service my zip code. Then i got an inspection scheduled, no one showed up for the inspection. I contacted corporate and then got a message at 6:20pm saying they did do the inspection and i missed the inspector. I called back immediately and corporate answered and they said there was no record of an inspection but would i like to reschedule. I gave up. If you want to try to go through the hassle of their customer service with no communication and no one showing up for scheduled appointments good luck. I’m looking elsewhere.
