I am happy with the service

We signed up Heroes lawncare and are very happy with their service, availability and willingness to take care of issues quickly. We liked their philosophy of creating great lawns by making the grass healthy and thick and requiring less chemicals as a result. They also pay attention to the soil and treat it for ph balance if necessary. A big change from grass that constantly looked beat up and struggling. Oh..I have a huge yard and this is the first company that I have seen covering our yard completely during treatments. This might seem like a small thing but I had a couple of big name companies tend my yard and I ve seen them hightail out after spraying a couple of spots in a yard that really needed attention. I had call the others them repeatedly but not heroes. Are they perfect ? No. They were late on a couple of occasions at the beginning but they took feedback and got better. For the first time I am not picking weeds in my yard every day .. it took a few months but I can definitely see good results.

This service set an appointment to be at my house on July 1 and failed to show up. Numerous phone calls, text messages went unanswered.

Not complaining about the work. The work was done well. What my concerns were which cause 2 strikes. The estimate was lot higher then what was told to me over the phone. Finally, the second was that I schedule the job for Tuesday next week and then came out yesterday, Thursday. I dont want to get 3 strikes. So, holding off requesting anymore work from Hero.

Just cancelled this service. After used it for a year just didnt see any progress. Our lawn still full of weeds. You call them to complain and they reassure that someone from their company will come by to see the issue and to work accordingly but no one comes by on the day they said were going to. You call them they dont answer. Taking business elsewhere

Heroes Lawn Care provides an amazing service. I already had an irrigation system but some of the zones werent working properly and many of the sprinkler heads needed adjusted. Robert was our technician. He texted me when he was on the way and went straight to work fixing every issue (and even some issues I didnt know I had). I had the worst experience! I took the day off from work only to have my appointment cancelled during the waiting window after they confirmed my morning appointment. The call service center sucked too. Extremely unprofessional. Unreliable and disappointing.

Good service , I recommend lawn services.

They assured a lime application but only applied weed killer, and not even across the entire backyard. It seemed like a waste of money. Despite requesting a follow-up, I received no response. Manager Al mentioned theyd do the lime application next time and charge me again. Awful service I wont recommend it, and Im contemplating canceling my subscription with Heroes, as are my neighbors. If the promised re-application isnt delivered, itll only solidify our decision. And I want a refund for whatever charged

I am using this service for more than a year. As a new community HOA is really strict with weeds and I never had any complaint from HOA on my lawn to date.

I was with some other provider for past years and i switched to Heros. They are taking care of everything and very less time from me. One thing out of my plate

I have been using them for an year and now started second year. I see good results on the lawn compared to previous provider. They effectively managed even stubborn weeds and overall health of the lawn. I highly recommend their lawn care service.

I have switched to Heroes earlier this year and has seen very good improvement in weed control. The technician sends a text a day before they came and they are always on time in their schedule. I also like that they send the lawn service notes and invoice in an email.

Excellent service with customer focus. Technicians were very knowledgeable. On the day of lawn treatment they gave us details on what the treatment is for and how its going to help the lawn.

I contacted Heroes to perform core aeration on my bermuda lawn. They got back to me right away, with a fair price and accomodating schedule. The arrived shortly after the hour time window they provided. The tech had questioned if the utilities were marked, even though I was never asked to mark anything. When I explained that I had no irrigation system and the only shallow buried cable would be low voltage, he had to call his boss in order to proceed. There were some areas missed, but when addressed, were revisited. All in all, I was pleased and would use their service again.

First time using Heroes and came away very impressed with the aeration they performed on my Bermuda Grass. They will be coming back soon to deal with my grass fungus. I plan on changing my service from another company to them ASAP.

In spite of an appointment mixup, the work was done well and affordable.

I had an uplifting experience with Heroes Lawn Care. When I called them with an irrigation system issue, John, the General Manager himself came to my house on that same afternoon because all of his technicians were busy. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my unit while explaining to me what went wrong and what is being done to repair it. He even showed me how to operate the irrigation control unit properly. I highly recommend Heroes Lawn Care!

My lawn has been neglected and is infested with grubs. No response from them when we call. It is such a disappointment.
