Quick, thorough and professional

I switched to Grassroots earlier this year and I can see the difference in my Lawn already. In fact I was able to see the difference after the first treatment. Hayden did an excellent job as always again yesterday.

We have a lot of bare spots in our lawn right now which we plan on repairing. Seems these areas are taken over by weeds. We have seen no improvement from the last 2 or 3 treatments. Can you reapply?

This is only the second treatment that we have had. With the lack of rain this summer; it has been hard to notice a lot of greening of my lawn. I will say that the grass seems fuller, and the weeds have definitely diminished. They were a constant struggle with previous company.

I have been very happy with Grass Roots. They are responsive and all weeds are covered unlike some companies who try and constantly up sell you.

First visit with lots of conditions to address. Explanations were thorough, I appreciate that. Will be doing a follow up visit request at 2 to 3 weeks for any stubborn issues. Rain event hit at the right time to water in the application.

Treated the lawn and made sure the gate was secured to keep my pets from getting out.

Not really pleased with the results. Im still seeing a good deal of weeds for which I have to call the company back out to treat. Although they are very good at responding and coming back out, Im growing weary of having to stay on top of the service. I also find myself just going ahead and supplementing the treatments myself.

I was not home at the time of application. However, on my cameras, it look like he did a real good job of paying attention to all of the edges and some of the problem areas in my yard.

Hayden always does a good job and when i see him, he explains the treatment being applied. Looking forward to getting the liquid fertilization done shortly.

Feb 2024 update. Still using them 3yrs since my last review, and still very pleased with this company. Very reliable service and very responsive to questions and any special yard issues. You guys suppose to be my lawn care specialist and and don t getting feedback from your tech or the area supervisor. My lawn has a large bare spot since you been treating my lawn. The back has more moss than ever. No recommendation from your company about how to fix issues that your tech can clearly see. You ll only interest is to keep coming and putting down your treatments and charge my credit card everrtime. But no interest in emailing , texting or calling the customer with advise on how to make their lawn look better. That needs to be a part of the process. If you want five stars then that will have to be a part of the process. Communication with your customers about issues that your tech and supervisor are seeing with the lawn and giving recommendations and solutions. That s what all customers are expecting with your service when they purchase at first.

Wasnt home for this application but my tech has always responded quickly if I notice something starting up between applications. Hes very knowledgeable and is always willing to take time to answer questions and explain the more technical aspects of weed control. Also, very personable.

Our lawn is looking really great. It is Bermudagrass and it is solid brown right now. I ll be able to tell more when it becomes green in the spring but there are no weeks and the customer service has been great. I always get a text from the person that treats the lawn to ask if I have any questions. I worked for a lawn care company for many years so I know pretty much what they are doing and what to expect but it is nice to have someone to contact.

Sign was not in ground but under my truck in drive. Could have blown away or kids tampered with it.

Hayden treated the yard today, but first took time to blow leaves off of the turf to get a solid treatment. He made sure the entire yard was sprayed and was very quick with the work. Hope he is the one returning for the last treatment. Great worker.

Grass grows better than previously. They are responsive to my comments. Expensive, but get the job done. I recommend them.

Have used other services in the past I believe they are reasonable always contacts you before coming out and provides detail explanation of services performed products used via email to your account. Had a situation one year with fungus and call them and they came out no extra charge took care of the problem. Have neighbors who use other services and dont think they are getting what theyre paying for Im happy Im pleased. Mark does a great job!

Hayden is doing a great job taking care of my lawn. It s a time consuming process and hard work, but he s doing awesome, and my lawn looks fantastic.

I had just killed my entire yard and started over and had a bright green full fescue lawn. I wanted help keeping it weed free and after a conversation with a few company s, I went with grass roots. At first they were very responsive and helpful. But it did change. I called with significant weed concerns. I even discussed their weed free guarantee policy. The first few calls were very good discussions about things I could try to do as well to help (I like to do as much on my own as I have time for so I appreciated this). But after a few weeks and a few visits for weed spraying, it was clear my lawn looked way worse than when I started with them. I called to discuss that I didn t feel that they really provided the service I was paying for based on the look of my yard and this when I discussed the guarantee with them which just meant they would keep coming out to spray weeds. I asked if there was anything they could do from a refund stand point based on the results of my yard and I was told they had to speak with someone. I then had to call back either 4 or 5 times as my call was not returned. I kept asking for confirmation my card was no longer going to be charged and I never received a call back. Then I check my email and I finally got an email they my account was closed and I did get (only) one month refunded. Initially they were very good, but when the services rendered were giving poor results and I called them about it, the responsiveness worsened. Their products did not work on my fescue lawn. All I can say is I would avoid using this company if you have a fescue lawn you may be as disappointed as I was.

Im very happy with GrassRoots. The weeds that had come with the new sod are almost entirely gone. In their most recent visit, I saw that the tech blew the leaves off my lawn before applying a treatment. That may seem like a small thing but other services Ive used in the past were not so professional. They also do a great job of keeping me informed.

I signed up with Grassroots turf to treat the little weeds I had in my yard the first treatment they applied after 14days my yard was taken over by crabgrass. I got a ticket from my HOA and I am still trying o get rid of the weed I am still going to use grassroots cause they promise by September they will get rid of the crabgrass. Hopefully they keep their promise

We have an annual contract. If we have any issues they will come back out at no additional charge. They want our yard to look good as much as we do!
