Hunter, is an excellent service technician. He is polite, kind and friendly. He is knowledgeable and offers genuine advice. He is a great representative of the company he works for and I always appreciate his professionalism.
I guess the Got Lawn people didn't know we were home because when they got to our house, they just sprayed a bit on the very edge of the property and then left. Even after we canceled their service, they decided to charge us again without properly explaining it. I called them asking for an explanation but they said the auditing people were in a meeting and that they would call us back when they were available again. They never called us back so I had to call them again to finally get a proper explanation.
Bad company, bad company, bad company. They are scammers and thieves. If you are going to deal with them, be careful of two things. One is to monitor the service day. The other is to never use auto pay. I will tell you my experience. I am retired and stay home all day. On the day of the service, they sprayed a foot or so on my front street and left. They probably didn't know I was watching from inside the house. The second experience is that after the service was stopped, they took money from my account without any explanation. Think about it, when a customer requests to stop the service, it is common sense to calculate the amount, explain it to them, and then take the money or give them a refund. Never do business with these dirty guys. You will regret it.
I don’t use these folks for good reason… however, my neighbor does. In today’s service of the neighbor’s lawn in Woodstock, the man pushing the broadcast spreader proceeded to pull a weed and toss it into my yard. A few passes later, he proceeds to pick another weed and throw it into the neighborhood street. Why? A good company has high standards even when no one is watching. I was watching and got to see the disregard for those around you. Got Lawn? No thanks. Got respect for other peoples property? Clearly not.
The technician was very polite however my lawn is scorched from spilled product. You can see exactly where it spilled and where he sprayed. Not happy.
I made an agreement with this company upon referral at the beginning of April. My yard is full of WEED now. They never did a good job. I got a call on August 9th from the company saying that my yard PH level is too low and asked me extra $250. I have been paying every month automatically from my credit card and I never got a fair service. They gave me image of trying to rip off my money. I will definitely cancel my agreement.
Hunter was great to assure me he would go throughout the entire property addressing any and all potentially overlooked areas especially since we have a fairly large backyard. We have been very pleased with the service Got Lawn provides !
We have a good size backyard which requires very regular attention. Got lawn? Has done a EXCELLENT job caring for our lawn over the years! We literally have NO weeds in our lawn plus it’s super green, very thick and healthy! Also, a few years ago we hosted my husbands parents 65 th wedding anniversary. Got lawn? Made sure our lawn was green and superb for our hosting the event. Thank you !!

I have used Got Lawn for several years, they do a good job keeping the weeds in my lawn under control.
Our lawn was Bermuda, installed by the builder. Over time we tried 4 different chemical companies but at 11 yrs it was mostly dirt. Turns out the Bermuda couldnt handle shade or too much standing water. Shocker that the builder didnt use the right sod or make sure the area was graded properly first. We took the plunge, had drainage put in and new sod that withstands just about anything, BUT your chem company can make or break it. We decided to use GotLawn. We remembered their customer service and the people they would send to the house. They were happy and VERY knowledgeable. They paid attention to the lawn and the dirt it was in. With new sod you can get weeds, fungus, mold, army worms, heat damage, etc. The last person to come spoke to us, listened to our concerns, had tested for army worms (none, we were safe), and came back with 3 bunches of grass in his hand, one showed mold from all the watering required, the other a particularly tough weed, and one that showed our mowing company had to sharpen their blades, it was shredding the tops of each blade of grass giving it an overall look like we had POA. My lawn is beautiful now. I no longer look out the window and see a person spraying my grass without paying attention missing giant areas and leaving abruptly. I have never had the care and concern that GotLawn provides us.

Good Job in weed control, but they need to improve in putting fertilizer. Few areas in backyard are having thin grass

I changed from using Weedman to Got Lawn because Weedman used inappropriate business practices, i.e., performed lawn services without my requesting and without contacting me to get my approval. The would not return my calls, instead continually billed for unrequested service that I didnt even know was performed. Got Lawn, on the other hand is very professional. Contact before arrival, and on site review of why service is recommended. Very satisfied with Got Lawn and recommend to others, particularly retired folks. Thanks Got Lawn!! Max.

Chis C applied my fist treatment. In 10 years I have never experienced a lawn treatment technician take the time to make sure every square inch was treated. One issue Ive always had with ALL companies over 10 years until this treatment is ninja service in and out in 5 minutes or less. While its too early to tell, if the treatment products used in this treatment are 1/2 as good as Chris C was, Got Lawn may just be THE ONE!
