Thrilled with two retaining walls built be Chris Swope, JCM Landscaping. Chris is licensed and insured yet provided lowest quote with specs lining out equivalent to much higher bids from other contractors. Came on the promised date and finished in the promised time frame. Addressed an unforseen drainage issue with minimal additional expense. Saved a rhododendron that other bidders said would be sacrificed. Provided excellent design advice as to materials used.

These guys were great! Their quote came in much lower than others and did good, quality work.

I LOVE JCM. I originally hired them for a VERY long retaining wall and it turned out so beautiful, I just kept bringing them back again and again. They did my retaining wall, the concrete in my driveway, 3 garden tiers, my walkway to my front door, they made me custom pavers to match my walkway so I could put them in my garden, a set of concrete steps. Everything is beautiful.

I paid JCM Landscaping $16K for an open aggregate concrete pad, sidewalk, two block pillars, a block bench, and landscaping of the one side of my yard. Upon completion of the job a thumb size hole was left at the end of the sidewalk. When I saw it I asked the owner about it & I was advised it was due to a piece of coal and told it could be patched. Well, here I am 15 months later with an ever growing hole at the end of my sidewalk; the owner never made it right after continual verbal commitments to do so. To add insult to injury he never sealed the concrete correctly. He admittedly ran out of the sealer product he had at the time and said he had no access to a discontinued product after he ran out, so to this day it's never been entirely sealed. I have asked the owner to come back to address these items, he refuses and always comes up with an excuse. Six months after the concrete pad was installed it started to crack and has continued to spread, it looks awful....he said he's not responsible. The bench started to fall apart, I had to glue it back together myself. One of the pillars has moved an inch away from the sidewalk over the last year. Now I am in a position where I'm selling my house and he has yet to make good on his promises of patching the hole and properly sealing the now cracked concrete pad. If you go into business with this man get it in writing or you'll end up like me, completely disappointed with the craftsmanship & work not completed a year after the fact.

i hired jcm landscaping to totally rehab the appearance of my property retaing walls and concrete driveway along with landscaping work while there prices was a little on the high side i definately got what i paid for they came highly recomended from a friend and i must say it was definately great experiance A+++++++++++
