I wish I could give 0 stars. Misapplication after my wife checked with technician to make sure what was being applied. The customer service is absolutely horrid. You get told managers will respond 24 hrs later, and we still wait 3 days later for no response. One would think that if they applied the wrong stuff, a manager may want to talk. To top it all off, the guy sprayed the broad leaf weed killer (what we specifically asked not to have applied) on our vegetable garden. Oh, and still no response after we called each day. This company is National and just doesn t care.

They need to do what they say theyre going to do. Very disappointed with aeration service.

He explained that he handled another area - Malvern, my ask is why cant my branch that services my area/lawn retain employees..give this some hard attention, Im a customer that wants consistency and continuity with people. Isaiah said hed make a note to my account that I prefer granulated pellets over water-based spray especially if there is rain in the forecast soon after my application (and there is on Thurs/Fri). Lets get this right please. I trust that Isiah is recognized for a job well done, conversing briefly with the customer can go a long way especially with me. Thank you. My lawn was in very bad shape with a lot of exploding weeds (bittercress) and dandelions. After 1 application, the grass was much greener, but the dandelions got angry. My specialist Renardo is great! Always thorough and and has the time to address all my issues and concerns.

Had their service for one season (8 applications) and they canceled no less than 13 times during that period. The technician would show up, sit at the end of my driveway for a few minutes, then drive away every time. I had called to complain about this three times, and they were still doing it this season so I canceled. It was a new construction so I had cellulose netting, hay, and seed over my whole lawn, and on the first service they tried to show up with an aerator, good thing I was home to stop them because it would have torn up all of the netting. I know it is a new lawn, but it does still look pretty bad, actually looks the same as my neighbors yard whose house was built at the same time and did not get any fertilization / professional lawn care service. So basically I paid ~$1500 for nothing but a headache, lesson learned I suppose.

Willing to offer recommendations when solution is not within their scope of services (e.g.: we noted bee swarming and he urged us to contact local exterminator to prevent structural damage to our home from the bees crawling in without a hive. Bees were somehow finding a route into home and were showing in under baseboard heating. Prompt resolution AFTER extermination and patching up their small hole

Horrible service. Signed up online. I ve only physically saw them once. Every time the say they re coming they don t. And we have cameras to prove. One time the technician was apparently outside our home and 2 mins later they were done with the service. We have cameras to prove they actually never showed up. They send a text saying they re coming and to follow this process the. The next update they can t find the location. Every time I tried to cancel they try to offer a free service but that service once again never arrives. Don t get GHOSTED by this sham company like we did. Stick to local professionals.

Great results for all services that we receive. We have been using them for four years, our lawn and trees / shrubs look great, and we havent been bit by a mosquito in four years. Neighbors started using TruGreen after they saw the results we were getting.

Originally signed up with Green Turf which was then sold to TruGreen. Once I learned of this, I called and canceled my service and went with a different service. Fast forward to last week, I get an automated call from TruGreen stating that a tech will be out to service my lawn on Monday 2/21. I called and told the representative that under no circumstances are you to service my lawn because I never agreed to being a TruGreen customer. Guess who showed up today and started a lawn application? I called back a few moments ago and explained yet again that I AM NOT YOUR CUSTOMER!!! So if you previously used GreenTurf, and didnt agree to use TruGreen, apparantly they dont care and will just show up. I sent the tech away and I better not receive a bill.

***DO NOT USE TRUGREEN*** I was reluctant in signing up with Trugreen a second time. The first time I used Trugreen was many years ago. I quit Trugreen back then because of lack of service on the part of the Allentown branch. I was given all sorts of excuses. I fired them immediately. I used Natural Lawns of America for a couple of years. They were good but expensive. Natural Lawns of America would charge me about $140.00 per service and not even service my whole yard for that amount. Many years have past and I was offered an unbelievable deal with Trugreen. Only $72.00 per service for a 1 1/4 acre lawn. I thought how can I go wrong. Boy was I surprised by how horrible Trugreen really was. The first visit I received a very professional report outlining the first service performed on Monday 3/21/22. It listed, the Service techs name, the date, the time, What the weather conditions were at the time of service, how many gallons of pre emergent & fertilizer were used, more detail then I could hope for. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PROBLEM, THE SERVICE WAS NEVER PERFORMED. I HAVE CAMERAS ALL AROUND MY HOME! I tried discussing it with multiple customer service people the next day with an incredible amount of frustration. Trugreen came back out 3/25/22. I watched the camera footage of there visit. I watched the camera footage of the service tech skip most of the areas of my yard that were included in my Trugreen contract. The areas he did service were random and just for show. e.g. the front yard took the service tech a total of 3 minutes. I have a large front yard. The service tech took more time to reel the long spray hose in & out of the Trugreen truck then he spent on my yard. I got no response from the Regional Manager Brooke Gresham after emailing my problem. I called American Express who agreed with my dispute & refund for the entire contract amount $460.76 especially after I told AMEX that Trugreen charged me for a service that was not performed. BTW, Its called Ghosting watch the many Trugreen videos on Youtube. It will open your eyes! BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT USE TRUGREEN!!!!

Do not do business with this company. They have the worst customer service and sales tactics I have ever worked with !!! I have been completely unsatisfied. Each time I call in they say I will get a call back and I never do. They poorly document all calls in and avoid any dissatisfied customers. I have had customer service reps yell at me over the phone and tell me I was wrong and then talk down to me as if I was stupid. My lawn had no improvement over a 12 month contract with them and they guarantee satisfaction they claim but do not care to work with their customers and refuse to stand by thier guarantee.

TruGreen applied a treatment to my property yesterday, even though I am not a customer. I called and was told how I needed to wash down my driveway and water my lawn because of the treatment. But it was their mistake - why should I be responsible for the remedy. My neighbor, two doors down, who was supposed to get the treatment, says Dont hold your breath - TG is always slow getting back to you. A word to the wise - use another company, please.

The lawn maintenance was is awful. They cut the underground cable wire. Had to have that fixed. I called to have someone come out to fix the lawn, 1st time, the tech pulled in front of my house and NEVER got out of truck, and I received a text saying they couldnt preform my service. They were just to come out and talk to me. I called and then told me someone else will come out. The truck drove right past my house, thought he just missed my house, waiting for him to come around NEVER DID. I then received a text saying the job was completed. THE TRUCK NEVER STOPPED..crazy. I called again and want to send someone out again.. Told them now I am not waiting for someone else, told them I want my money back. Customer service is AWFUL, couldnt talk to a manager. They say they CALLED me, NEVER DID, they sent me an email. Still want my money back. They left me a message saying the account has been closed and will send me 300.00 and not the full 750.00 plus tax. I have instructed my lawyer to contact them. THEY JUST LIE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

When we moved to our new construction home the yard looked like a sand lot. Sometimes when I look back at the pictures its shocking to see what a lush and beautiful green lawn we have. I had TruGreen at my last house and they have never disappointed me. One year I remember I decided I would try another company and to my dissatisfaction, it was a complete waste of time and money and I quickly returned back the next year. The service people are always knowledgeable and polite. I always appreciate their recommendations. Additionally, when I have had concerns such as having an application completed followed by a downpour, their happy too come back out and re-apply. I highly recommend TruGreen to any homeowner looking to have a healthy and beautiful lawn!

TruGreen completed their lawn treatment where I live in Upper Macungie Twnshp. I live in an apartment community that has high standards and requires professional maintenance. TruGreen does fantastic work and are professionally courteous and present extremely well. They covered every nook and cranny of the property.

Cant get a person at your local office on the phone. Leave messages with customer service for a call back and never hear back. Theyre timely with the application service and billing though.

Agreed to a job that was not done. They charged me for the service that wasn t completed. I am going to dispute my charge on my credit card and cancel services. The person on the phone wasn t helpful at all. Zero stars if possible but very bad service all around.

Got the seven application package for my large yard. Very convenient and the lawn looks so much better than a year ago. Also the limited cost saving by doing yourself is far outweighed by the time and equipment savings, and the TruGreen staff know what they are doing, no guessing.

Absolutely NEVER do business with this company/branch. Tech Isaiah Shaw never did the aeration that I paid for but he put the receipt on my door saying he did the work. I called and waited two hours to speak to someone in customer service. After I got a hold of a customer rep they were not helpful at all. They said somone would call me back after 24hrs but been 6 days now and havent heard from no one. When this company wants to sign you up for service they call you everyday but after you pay for your service good look getting a hold of someone. I was supposed to get my lawn treated for fertilization and weed control. They never fertilize my lawn they spray down for weed control but it feels like they are just spray down water and leave.

Prices a little high, but I was able to get a percent off bc I was a previous customer. Just today I received another letter from them offering 50% off. Waiting for a phone call back to see if I can get another 10% off

Where to even start? They canceled for every reason they could imagine, then only show up when its raining which means nothing they do will work and hasnt! Then today took the cake where they flat out didnt show up but claimed they did, I just have just not noticed them treating my back yard as I was laying out in the middle of it with my dog waiting for them... forget just being terrible at their job, these people are criminals taking money from decent hard working folk. You shouldnt ever do business with them if you value your time and your money.

Update- In response to my Google Review, True Green instructed me to email with my account information so my situation could be looked into. I sent the email 4 days ago and have yet to receive any further communication from TrueGreen. At this point I am guessing their response to my review was just to make themselves look as if they would like to make customers happy, in reality they don t care otherwise they would have responded to the email I sent. Absolutely awful! I signed up for True Green a year ago. In that time the tech sprayed for weeds in the rain twice, missed applying product to my side lawn twice, cancelled because I was in the yard with my dog without the tech even notifying me he was here, the tech almost ran over a contractor working at my house, the tech input that I cancelled a service when I didn t (he was having truck troubles) and two days ago said a service was performed on my 1/3 acre lawn in 3 minutes. I called multiple times to customer service. These reps were polite and professional, unfortunately they have no control over getting the techs to do their job. I requested to be refunded the money I prepaid for this year. I am done.

We had hired them when we first moved to the area in 2018 for aeration, seeding, and weed control. We cancelled them because they refuse to come on days we were home. It will all be scheduled and then last minute they will cancel. We finally got fed up and cancelled them. This year we decided to give them a try again. During our initial conversation, we explained to Linda that we needed tick treatment around our weed and garden border as we are bringing ticks into our home. We also requested not to have any fertilizer and weed treatments around the vegetable garden. We also requested that they call to schedule a date that we are home. They never called to schedule a date that works for us, they came in a day we are home, did their stuff and never talked to us. We didnt realize they were here until they left. Despite clear instructions, they only sprayed for ticks around the house and never the lawn. The last time they came, I actually went out to talk to them and was told that they are the bug guys and they only spray around the house. Had we known this (never explained during the first call) we would have never paid for this as we have Orkin already. They also charged us for lawn spraying for ticks and they never did this. I actually watched them the second time! They even said they dont do the lawn. They finish their work in minutes and that makes no sense since our lawn is pretty massive. As for weed control and fertilizing, they sprayed all around the vegetable garden and areas where we were planning on planting fruit trees. I came home one day and was picking out fertilizer out of my garden beds! Not only did they kill a lot of my seedlings, they also ruined our $600 organic raised bed soil and guess what, they will not be reimbursing the damage! They did reimburse the weed control and fertilizing cost. I had to call them to again to give full refund because part of the refund was a service credit, like Im going to use their service ever again! They are giving partial credit for Mosquito, flea and tick control, even though they didnt treat the lawn. I wasnt going to write a review after 2018 issues but this time this is too much. The level of incompetence is baffling! We would never recommend this awful company!

Being on hold for so long that I have memorized all the ads that are played while on hold only to be told that the wait/call back time is 20 minutes and then no call back. Their customer service has deteriorated consistently and rapidly. My lawn looks worse now than ever before. Repeated calls have not yielded any positive results. Today I made my last call to them and i was told that someone will return my call in 48+ hours. Amazing! I am seriously thinking of cancelling my account with them and find a local company with better lawn care and commitment to customer service. With this attitude and service business will not flourish.

I had another lawn care service who was doing a wonderful job with my lawn, it never looked better. They sold out to TruGreen and without my knowledge or permission TruGreen showed up and applied weed control and pest control. Within a week large brown patches and lawn stripes showed up where their liquid application had been applied. My lovely lawn turned into a patchwork of brown spots.

They have terrible customer services and you can t get someone to come and see why ur lawn is dead

I have caught this company twice saying they treated the lawn but actually did not - I have cameras in the front and back yard. Often they lie and say the gate is locked when it isnt and someone home to address if they cant figure out the simple mechanism.

Ruined my back lawn... came to find out they werent even treating all my property. They dont show up for months, then they come and do multiple treatments all at the same time. Difficult to get anyone to speak to .. playing phone tag or no response. Meanwhile they are very good at calling when they want to sell other services. Not a satisfied customer and I would not recommend them.

Terrible job aerating and seeding. Didn t aerate what most needed aerating and ditto seeding. Left piles of seed in places where the grass was lush but did not seed the bare spots at all. Offered to come back but I will not waste my money again.

I cancelled service two years ago. They came out a month ago randomly and did a treatment. I called and they said they mistakenlyhad two accounts for my one address so they cancelled and said no charge. Well I got another bill for that treatment. Now Today they came out and did another treatment. I dont have an account with you!!! Stop coming out!!!!

I originally signed up with green turf who then merged with trugreen and the service steadily declined. Today they said they serviced my yard when they didnt so that was the final factor to cancel. I went with a small business originally to avoid things like this and as soon as they merged the quality dropped quickly.

They book their appoint 2 weeks apart. They dont pay attention to customer request,, do extra thing not asked for under the idea is they call to say they are coming the day before. If they come the next day even if you didnt want them would not recommend the Bethlehem office personnel were very very rude and when you call to talk about a problem.

Canceled service after less than a year. Promises that were made by the door to door salesman were never kept. The pricing he gave me was supposed to include tax, yet once the services were complete, I was billed an additional 6% on everything. The treatment services did well for the initial weed reduction, but they were never completely removed. Worst of all, the aeration and overseeding was a complete waste of money. The salesperson claimed that they had an aerator than would pull plugs twice as deep as a commercially available rental unit and the holes would overlap to allow maximum seed penetration. This was not the case and the aeration looked worse than what I couldve done myself for a third of the price. I thought it would be safe to go with a well known company like TruGreen, but I am switching to a local business that seems must more trustworthy.

Just plain bad. No communication within the company. Multiple people would show up to do the same thing that had been done the day before and say that they didn t know the other person had been there. People would show up to do something that was supposed to be done the following month after another service has been performed. Yard looks worse than ever after spending a lot of money.

Horrible service I had a grub treatment Seeding done no new growth promises to come out and rectify. Horrible job showed up to my house twice without supplies on the truck couldn t do my yard, forever to get back to my phone call. Will be changing to a new company stay far away there is no moneyback guarantee.

Got a mosquitos repellant service for my lawn and no difference at all

The promises that were made by salesman were never kept. I called him about weeds everywhere he told me call customer service, I called customer service they asked me wait 10 more days, I waited for 6 months and called back to the salesman, he said: need 2 years to kill all the weeds. I discontinued service with Truegreen and never use Trugreen again!

Eh. I dont see a real difference in my grass. They will be doing aeration and over seeding so maybe it will be better

I used TruGreen for two years and my lawn looks the same as it did the day they started. Very disappointed with the service and it takes forever for anyone to get back to you. UPDATE: I stopped service and then decided to give them another try this year after discussing my concerns with the area manager. However, my lawn still looks the same and my concerns were never addressed. I reached out directly to the manager twice and he never sent anyone out to deal with my issues. I m extremely disappointed I spent so much money on Tru Green over the years. I ll be hiring a local guy to do work on my lawn moving forward. He is much more reasonable and does great work according to my friends

Hired them for their mosquito repellent service. After 3-4 treatments my son was out in the yard for an hour and came in looking like this. When we would call to complain their customer service was atrocious. They claim they will come back and re-treat if you see a mosquito but it took them almost two weeks to come back out. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Do a terrible job. Will be getting rid of them.

***UPDATE*** The General Manger (Fred) showed up and apologized for the error. We discussed a plan to remedy the situation and the GM personally did the work to fix the yard. He was very nice and I appreciated him taking the time to come out. He also indicated they were handling the situation internally with regards to the error. I will likely still consider other options should I hire a lawn company however my recommendation would be that if you hire TruGreen, youll just need to monitor their service to ensure it is getting completed correctly. **************************************************** My neighbor hired TruGreen to service their lawn. We live in attached townhouses with connected front and back yards. On several occasions I had to ask the TruGreen technician to not allow the hose from the truck to run through our flower bed. Each time the technician was annoyed by my request. During a recent application the technician sprayed my front yard with a weed killer while also spraying my neighbors yard. I now have big patches of dead areas in my front yard. When I called to lodge a complaint I couldnt get a hold of a manger right away and was bounced around several times. 2 days later the manager called but said he couldnt come out to assess the situation until the following week. On the day the manager was to come out, the technician should up a half hour before the manager and tried to also spray my back yard to make up for spraying my front yard in error. I was shocked he would think I wanted my back yard sprayed after the mess he caused in my front yard and thankfully I caught him before he sprayed anything. After he left the manger showed up and said they would aerate and seed my front lawn to make up for the error. He indicated it would be taken care of by the end of the week and he would personally come out to supervise. Well here we are a week later and no one has come out or even called. I sent an email to the manger and am awaiting a response. On a related note, the manger told me the Sales people shouldnt be selling application plans to middle townhouse units because theyve had issues in the past with technicians not counting properly and servicing incorrect yards. Based on my experience with TruGreen, I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone as they seem to hire people who arent capable of completing the job correctly and they are not very responsive, especially when there are issues.

Although we initially had a dispute (noted below). Fred from TruGreen and I came up with a mutually agreeable plan for remediation. Fred took care of us and I will be continuing our services. The main issue with TruGreen is communication which leads to frustration. Although my issues were resolved, they really need to have better follow up to customer complaints. Getting through the abyss of national customer care is an issue but once you can talk to an actual person at the local office, they are fair to work with. In summation of the below review. TruGreen made a mistake and fertilized my new section of lawn which resulted in a dead lawn. This after I had just spent $1900 to have new soil spread and seed. I was growing grass nicely until our treatment on 7/15 which was on camera. The TruGreen rep sprayed the young grass which resulted in death of the lawn. TrueGreen admitted to the mistake and I ended up spending another $500 to fix the mistake. 9/18/2020 Update: The remediation plan that was discussed in August. While waiting for the free offer to occur I met with three landscapers which recommended we start fresh and TruGreen remove the dead grass/weeds. 9/9/2020 Update: TruGreen will not return calls. The Allentown office number is forwarded to the general call centered who says we will send a message to the manager who doesn t call back. The one occurrence that we were able to talk to someone they discounted the recommendations of three independent landscapers. Now they are not responding again. Ultimately I want them to fix their mistake in which they have admitted to making. August 2020 update: After this review TruGreen did send a representative out to assess the damage. We came up with a plan for remediation. If the remediation occurs as communicated I will amend this review with a full update. I purchased my new home in August of 2019 and struggled to grow a lawn. Finally we had a nice yard for being only a year old and recently added a new section of lawn which was coming in perfectly. I hired TruGreen so that they could pick up where I left off, frankly my wife and I are healthcare workers and dint have the time given the current pandemic. TruGreen started treating the yard and that is when the weeds started. I never had more weeds until i started using TruGreen. I called to notify them of the situation and they said they would be out free of charge. The TruGreen rep came out and spot treated the weeds, then a week later treated the lawn including the new area that was just starting to see some decent growth. A week after the treatment on 7/15 the new lawn was dead. It was dried up and had a copper/orange hue which is indicative of fertilizer burn. $1900.00 down the drain not to mention my hard work in getting it to germinate/grow. I have called multiple times to speak with a supervisor which is futile. I did receive one call back from the Allentown office but then never left a call back number to connect with them directly. The local office number routes to the main customer service number who says they will send a message to call back at a later date. I understand mistakes happen but how you rectify your mistakes speaks volumes for your business. TruGreen had an opportunity to make this right (and they still do). Im not holding my breath and recommend that others do their own research and steer clear. There are plenty of other lawn companies in the Lehigh Valley that will be honorable and rectify/own their mistakes.

Worst company I have ever used. Said they sprayed when video confirmed they were not here. Increased price of spaying without notifying me until after I got the bill.

We have a big lawn, too much to take care of the varied weed growth. One treatment so far, and the results were quite marked. Most of the weeds are dying and the lawn looks so much greener and healthier. We can see the dividing line between our property and out neighbors by the degree of greenness.

They sell you on pre pay and miss alot of weeds when spraying. I suspect the estimator throws weed seeds in the lawn so they can point out weeds. Poor service. Go local. Its a franchise.

After only one treatment our lawn is much healthier looking and dandelions have almost disappeared.

My feedback is not good. I hired TruGreen last September to weed and feed the lawn and get rid of the ground ivy. Also I paid for aeration and seeding. The aeration process was the worse. Not only were the lawns full of mud, the hose all muddy, but this spring I found out that the grass seed spread into all of my beds. I have over 200 hours so far of trying to get rid of sprouted grass in the flower beds, between the concrete in the sidewalk, and every other place the grass should not be. So I wrote a complaint to customer service with pictures in April and never heard anything about it. Two weeks ago I contacted TruGreen personally to schedule somebody to come out with the Ester(dicamba)chemical to kill this ground ivy. Not a soul had come out to put anything on it to kill it at all since December. The man arrived on the day they scheduled and he said he was told to come here and treat for grubs. I never had a problem with grubs. Also the man had really poor eyesight and he said if I wanted the ground ivy treated I would have to point out where each one was because he could not see it. Also since I had flip flops on, the spray was landing on my feet vs the ground ivy. When I get to Home Depot I will search out the correct chemical to kill this stuff and not kill the grass. I know there is one, I just have not been there yet. So all is all I do not know how they can operate in such a confused state. I really do not plan on another year of this company and especially if this ground ivy situation is not taken care of.

Well I am in my 3rd treatment with true green, and I have to say that by the dandelion in the front and in the sides that I may have wasted a lot of money. On the other hand the mosquito treatment seems to work pretty good so far. I still have dead spots in the lawn, weeds, I don t know if I just want to cancel it or wait and see.???

Driver never showed one month, came the following month, did a treatment, and I got charged for both months at once. Guess somebody got paid extra fir a day off. Very disappointed.

I have been calling the number that s was given to me to check on services for aeration and overseeding plus trees and shrubs but no avail to it. Leave messages but no return call at all. Also they say after service to wait a week and see the results of our crabgrass. But still same issue with it. Hope to hear from you with this matter.

Even after I asked them to NOT come back they did and this year they killed and burned half my lawn. When I asked for them to explain what they did they never showed, although they kept trying to sell me more services, mosquito defense, shrubs, grubs etc. THEY ARE FIRED! Then they send me to collections even though I NEVER INVITED THEM BACK TO PERFORM BAD WORK THIS YEAR and they showed up anyway.

Very Unprofessional Company. Caught the tech treating 8,000 ft instead of the 20,000 we were charged for all year. When I called corporate, they agreed to only reimburse $21 per treatment for the 5 treatments they did. WOW, how generous! After posting my frustration on my FB page it seems about 25 other people have been screwed by TruGreen just like myself. Never will recommend but will now always warn people of their fraudulent, unprofessional, cheating business practices.

As someone who worked in this industry years ago I can tell you with 100% certainty these chemicals ARE toxic, the people applying them are overworked and / or ignorant, and these companies live to upsell, upsell, UPSELL. Even if everything goes right, what will happen is your yard looks good for maybe one season, or one year at best. However it will then quickly deteriorate. Why? Because like people grass cant live on un-natural chemical shots. If I gave you a shot of uppers youd be great that day. I keep doing it, youll be dead in a year. This is what happens to your lawn. Use only natural things, and apply them yourself.

Control weeds, easy pay, simple straight forward service

Went to wrong house 3x. Once last year and the first two times this year. Alfredo Cruz lied to my daughters face that his tech was at the house. Not an hour later a neighbor brought two bills and signs from 4/4 and 4/10, that were in his yard and on his door. I am now a former customer and will never change my opinion of this company, you couldnt do my yard for free.

Who in their right mind goes door to door early Saturday morning to solicit their service and expects a warm reception? At least with telemarketers I can send the calls straight to voice mail. Unfortunately, waking up to someone banging on your door to discuss lawn care cant be as easily handled.

I made the mistake of purchasing one if their lawn treatment packages for around $800. After a few weeks, my lawn started dying. I asked them to stop treating it but they convinced me it was my grasss fault and I should give their treatment longer to bring it to life. It didnt. Then to make matters worse, they continued treating it after my contract was up and started billing me!! I refused to pay and sent their customer service countless requests and complaints and never got a response. I owed them $78 for treatment I did not approve so they sent me to collections. Unreal.

My lawn looks better than it ever has. I also like the fact that I dont have to remember when I last or when I need to fertilize. I have been giving true green all of the credit for our wonderful lawn to my family, friends, and neighbors.

These people just spread toxic chemicals all over. Their technicians spray when its extremely windy and blows all the toxicity into the neighboring lawns. You do not need these chemicals, they are just trying to get money from you. These chemicals have been proven to give people cancer!!!

Im not sure about this company I daughter called me frantic on the phone that this truck is parked in front of her home true green she start taking pictures and video taping it because a guy was walking around our house we dont have true green guy next-door is neighbors do they have a big driveway why did this guy park in their driveway before he left he was saying something to her she was very afraid and he waved and be blow his horn at her I do have a videotape of this I will be calling true Green and this was in Orefield pa

We get a call when the service is to be done. Our specialist Skip always answers any questions we have without rushing you off. Great service.

They over fertilized our lawn causing large dead spots to appear. When we called to complain, the first tech confirmed that it was over fertilized. The second tech said that it was a disease. Isnt that what they are supposed to treat? Diseases and weeds? All we have left is weeds. That was in the beginning of July and now, the end of October, after several calls and emails, they finally got back to us to see what was going on. Worst customer service ever! The techs never apply anything evenly, they run through our 1/2 acre in less than 5 minutes. A complete waste of money! If we wanted a dead lawn, we can easily do that ourselves!

Positive review for Trugreen... TruGreen has been a lawn lifesaver for me! They fertilize, etc for me which is something I cannot do and have no idea when to do it.

Terrible company. After pre-paying for annual service, they tried to bill me for past-due balances from the previous owner. They try to up-sell at every opportunity. Then they provided two services which were not requested and specifically declined, and had the audacity to suggest splitting the bill. In the second year, they did the same thing. Cancelled.

Work there most of it is a good thing. Sone things still need tweeking which I feel will be taken care of.

I have had a lot of luck with Truegreen in the past, but the technician on my last treatment over applied the chemicals and killed my lawn within 24 hours. The worst part is the customer service since then. I have called 8 times to speak to a manager over 5 days and still havent heard back from them. The specialist came to the door before he started. We walked around the yard and talked about various areas. He was very professional. He did an excellent job and we were very pleased.

Worker is there on the day I am told he would and does his work. If I am home he asks me if I have any questions and gives advice on any problems I may be having. He is courteous and professional and does a great job. The lawn has held up thru a very hot summer and it is done at a reasonable price.

My Specialist, Steve, was very informative. He answered all my questions in a way that I understood. He also told me why my grass was dead around the edges. My lawn man trimmed the wrong way. Steve always explained what he was going to do and why.

I have had nothing but problems dealing with TruGreen. They messed up my billing multiple times. Everything from overcharging to not having the math right. I would never recommend TruGreen ever. They are all a bunch of salesmen there and just want your money. Even after you tell them that you do not want any more services they are still trying to sell you on stuff. They are relentless! It was a total hassle dealing with them. The guys that come out to treat your lawn are nice, but their billing is a nightmare. Stay Away!!!!

We have used other lawn treatment companies in the past, however, TruGreen is certainly true to its company name where our grass is greener and without any sight of weeds. Furthermore, their staffs are consistently very professional and friendly. Excellent team and product!!! Besides the lawn treatment, we also use TruGreen for our shrubs and bushes as well.

I like being notified of a service prior to that service. The representatives of Tru Green are very informative and friendly. The lawn services have kept my front and back yard grass a nice color green. Due to the fact that I have a dog that favors the side yard for his business, and it is in the shade most of the day, the grass just does not do well.

I signed up for 1 year with the aeration and seeding, this is a joke their aeration goes into the ground a half inch, their seeding is next to nothing, I can spit more seeds than they put on my one third acre lot. After 1 year I cancelled their services via phone call to their phone service, this was completely ignored. I received a post card that said their services were to begin in spring, I again called to cancel their services. After 3 phone calls from these people and all 3 told me their services were GUARANTEED if I was not satisfied, Which I told them I was not back in October and I no longer wanted their services on ALL 3 calls, they still came out this April and put down the preemergence (crab grass) killer. All this after I told 3 people I seeded the lawn this spring. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AS THEIR SALES PEOPLE TELL YOU ONE THING ( DUSTIN, JOHN) AND HENRY ( what ever position he holds) WILL DENY THEIR WORDS. This agency is HORRIFIC!!!!!

My neighbors always comment on how healthy my lawn looks. One even stated that it looked like a green carpet, which it actually does. I never have trouble with weeds and crabgrass. The reasonable price charged is well worth it to receive the compliments I do about the appearance of my lawn. It especially affects the community that I live in because my enhancements are on a key property on a central corner. Therefore, everyone notices it. It helps to make the whole area attractive.

I could not be happier with my treatments from TruGreen. The lawn, trees, and shrubs never looked better. The specialist who treats our shrubs and trees is Skip Keim. I have completed your surveys before and have been unable to find adequate words of praise for Skip. He is professional, detailed, meticulous about his work, and caring. He takes time to answer my questions and address my concerns. TruGreen is truly blessed to have Skip as a technician. God bless him.

My lawn looks better then it ever has - I think the over seeding and aeration in the fall really worked out well. Even with my neighbor not putting down weed and feed in the spring, you were still able to control the weeds in my yard. Last year we had a problem with this. Very happy.
