Dreadful. The "pro" they set me up with was supposed to show up at 10 AM. Then "A little late" then 5 pm, then "can we do tomorrow?" Just don't use this service, it's a rip off.
I received service from a new company starting their business, buy had enthusism and a strong work ethic. They did an excellent job.
My grass was not properly cut. When I contact customer care I received no support! II was advised the person's equipment will be damaged if the lawn was cut shorter? I immediately canceled my services will not refer this company to anyone!

It was easy and the job is well done. My lawncare professional is easy to reach using the in-app messaging service if I have any questions or concerns. It's also very nice to have the fee automatically charged and paid weekly, no hassles.
We started with LawnStarter in late summer and paused in the fall. We scheduled to resume service in the spring. Now it's almost May and they have yet to resume service. They keep canceling and rescheduling. Our grass is now so long and we are going to have to figure out a way to mow it ourselves or find a different company. I've tried calling for over a week, but no one answers (on hold for over 20 minutes each time waiting for a customer service representative), or returns the calls. I have even messaged the company, but still crickets. Save yourself the headache and embarrassment. Pick a different more reliable and customer friendly company. If I could give negative stars I would!
Set up service with this company. They responded promptly to schedule and take my form of payment. Crew never showed up. I did not get a courtesy call or text letting me know anything. I checked the app and it simply said scheduled services cancelled, no explanation. It was easy to reach someone to set everything up but when there’s a conflict of interest, no one is available. I will be canceling services completely and checking for a more reputable solution for my yard grooming. I do not recommend them.

Joe does the best job of anyone that has ever cut my grass. It is neat, trimmed extremely well, edged, & cleaned up, - all very well done. He pays attention to the details, offers to even do more. Wow! Who does that these days!! A very professional young man!

Constant cancelling of appointments.... grass is taking over and they text every day to postpone and re-schedule. Had no problem last year, but cannot get them yet this year. Extremely dissatisfied.
This place is no good. We had issues with them last season, a specific time when we told them we have a steep hill in the back to make sure they bring correct equipment. A man and his wife and young kids show up with a push mower and was letting their kids roll down our hill. We asked them please don t allow your kids to do that, in case they get hurt being that the hill is very steep and we have a deck right at the bottom of the hill. We could tell they were struggling to do the back yard being that it s over 1/2 an acre and very steep and they were using a push mower. And they literally just stopped half way through and left our lawn half finished and the part that was done looked awful. And the company wanted to charge us AGAIN for a crew to come out to finish the job. So we paid for the half finished job at full price and again for someone to finish at full price.

We have used for many months now from last year when I was travelling to help with keeping our lawn in check. Great service, great communication. Derick is excellent. Very fair prices and would recommend.

Grass cut well ,good service, the new guy Zackery is a great job . Very happy with the cut yesterday . Previous guy was horrible .

They never show up and when they do they miss spots and when you complain you still get charged don t recommend
Long starters gave me a crew they do not weed eat or edge I can playing twice and I confronted the crew they said they were too busy to do it right shouldnt have to babysit the crew

I was signed up for service for almost 2 months and never received service once ...every time someone was due to come to do Lawn Care there was an issue ... I received an email telling me my service was needed to be postponed never did I receive service I finally found another provider and asked them to remove all my information from their database . VERY DISGUSTD they kept postponing and reassigning my property to different people and no one ever showed. UNRELIABLE FINAL ANSWER FOR ME!!!!!!
The price and convenience of this service is the draw. The actual service itself is unfortunately lacking. Our first crew cut our lawn extremely short and did not bag any grass or mulch it. The lawn was left covered in giant piles of hay. I had to go back and attempt to clean up the mess the following day. I messaged the crew to request bagging/mulching next time. I was told bagging would be an additional fee. This was not reported anywhere on their site. They also said they did not have equipment for mulching the grass. So I requested a new person/crew for my next mow. They cancelled my service. I just hope I dont get charged. So yeah, Im not a satisfied customer.
