Being in property management, I have spoken with Matt a number of times and he has always been very responsive and helpful. He has been a pleasure to work with.

I have worked in Facility maintenance for over 20 years. I am not a big fan of large service providers because I prefer to be treated like I am the only customer. I normally stayed away from companies like Brightview but recently I found them to be the most efficiently priced bidder for my landscaping needs. They took care of my landscaping without any issue. Now winter arrives and I need a snow vendor. I naturally turned to me landscaper Brightview and asked for a quote and again they were the most efficiently priced. Now as any FMM knows the first snow fall is the most difficult. The vendor needs to get to know the area and the specific individual needs. Well Brightview hit is out of the park. Sure there were minor issues but nothing that wasn’t immediately responded to and nothing that had to be asked for twice. Each snow fall after was better than the one before. There was plenty of communication between the boots on the ground and myself no matter where I was. It was nice to have a vendor that cared as much not even possibly more than I did about my snow removal. And for those FMMs who think they can’t do your complicated yard trust me I have been in complicated places while my current property isn’t the largest I have been in it is one of the more difficult, with a rail yard a rail switch rail road crossings multiple outdoor stairs and a need for handicap parking spaces all hours of the day and night.

I’m assuming this is the location that does the landscaping where I live at Valley Park Apartments. Today they cut the grass here but they didn’t touch the dog park that is here for us residents to use. I take my dog there every day, his favorite part of every day, and right now the grass is just about up to my knees. This has happened before but the grass hasn’t been as high so I’ve kept quiet. The worst part is that it’s out in the open, it’s just a small fenced in area that was mowed ALL around it. You can’t miss the grass halfway up the fence.
