Does weekly service for me and I’m never home when they do but they still take care of it and at the end they just send me a link to pay which makes it really easy

Do not hire this company. We used them to mow our grass once recently while on vacation. Appently a small pebble was thrown from one of their mowers into one of our bathroom windows, shattering it. There was no one at our house or in our back fenced in yard and there was no hail storms. I contacted them to replace and they indicated they would not take responsibility unless we had video evidence, which we didn’t. Would highly recommend not using this company.

No soliciting means no soliciting. We have a clear and specific sign right next to the door. Leaving your business card on our door is one thing but ringing the bell too is just not appreciated at all and was very disruptive to our evening, very counterproductive and in poor judgement.

So when I was looking for a new lawn care company, I went to My Neighbor services. Ive only had them for a couple of weeks now, but already I can tell that Im going to love this company! The customer service is amazing theyre always there if you need anything, whether its advice on what kind of grass to buy or how often you should water it. Theyre also very flexible with scheduling appointments, which is really nice because we have a lot of dogs in the neighborhood (and were not the best at keeping up with schedules ourselves). Im pretty sure that if my neighbors hadnt switched over to My Neighbor Services when they did, theyd still be complaining about bad grass.
