Weve been working with Blue Ridge for about a month now. We started with lawn mowing and have also had them do some yard work. Weve been very pleased with the services. They are very precise when cutting the grass and the lawn looks fabulous when they are done. We were very pleased with the yardwork -- mulching and filling large holes in the yard -- as well as pressure-washing our patio. Joe, the owner, offered a solution for filling the holes that was much better than another company suggested (digging up the sod and filling the hole with soil and replacing the sod on top vs. putting soil on top of the hole and planting seed). When we had questions about the work that was done (some components appeared to be missed), Joe called and came out personally to make sure that the problem was fixed in quick fashion. We will definitely continue to use Blue Ridge for landscaping needs and will recommend them to others.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Ridge Lawn Care Services for some much-needed garden maintenance, and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Joe, the owner, was incredibly responsive and full of great suggestions that truly transformed our space. The team expertly trimmed the myrtle that was encroaching on our house, split and neatly rearranged our spider grass from three clusters into six, and installed a new weed barrier thats already making a difference. They also removed the old lava rocks and relocated our day lily to a spot where it can thrive. They provide every service we need, from clearing roof and gutters, small outside repairs, large tasks like removing invasive, non-native plant species, trimming trees up to 30, power washing, pruning shrubs. I m very satisfied with the installation of sods, stones and hostas. Their price is reasonable for the job. I ve received 3 different quotes from different companies including them. It s easy to schedule for a quote, take measurement, scheduling of the job, and the completion of the job itself. My front yard was meticulously finished. If there s one thing I would say they need improvement on is the clean up after the job had been done. It was done in one day. The two gentleman cleaned the pathway, and vacuumed debris but there were still some mud (the ones that got stuck) on the walkway from my entrance door to the end of the walkway and the parking lot. Other than that, I m satisfied with the job.

Blue Ridge Lawn and Landscape did phenomenal work for me. My home had been a rental for about 10 years, and the yard was in dire need of care. The crew spent over 10 hours in my yard on a cold and blustery day, digging out at least 8 or 9 deeply rooted weed shrubs and saplings. They also removed a chain link fence and pruned a crepe myrtle that hadnt been touched in over a decade. They also pruned an overgrown fig tree. They mowed my lawn, hauled away all debris as well as some junk left over from my move. I know I must be leaving something out....they did so much hard work. The transformation was astonishing. I highly recommend Joe Stearman and his company. They are pleasant as well as professional. I will employ them again as the need arises. And Im certain the need will arise as summer arrives.
