I can only speak to my relationship with the workers and admin staff at U.S. Lawns and not so much to the financial side. The admin staff listens. We had lazy workers with U.S. Lawns, had complaints and they set us up with a new crew lead that puts in work. They’ve been happy to do anything we’ve asked cutting overgrown brush, pulling weeds, picking up and hauling off sticks, spraying gravel, you name it I’ve probably asked them to do it. The workers have all mostly been very personable and take direction well. Overall I’ve been very happy.

My experience with US Lawns has been amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helped me out tremendously. I would recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely use them again.

After hurricane Laura I had a very very large tree down on the fence +3 or four more compromises in my fence. They got the tree off my fence and repaired all the fencing to keep my dogs in. They work fast to accomplish the job that I needed done. I would not hesitate one bit to hire them for other jobs as necessary.Also their prices are much better than others. They also took a tree down at my ex-wife’s house that others were quoting $2200 or more and they did it for under $1000. If you need lawn service, yardwork, fencing, give them a call.

I live at an apartment complex that uses their services. I'm not going to say they are the worst commercial lawn care service, but they're definitely not the best. A lot of times the grass has rivets from either dull blades, or driving too fast. It takes them 2-3 days to finish our complex and almost always they wait until the 2nd or last day to blow off the cut grass from the sidewalks. Their method to the puzzle really makes no sense. Instead of finishing a side of the complex in sectors they do half of each sector leaving half of the grass cut and the other half not cut. Every week that they cut the grass here I am met with another and different feeling of disappointment.
