Made an appointment with Todd for this past Tuesday at 2:00pm. We took off work to meet and get an estimate for sprinkler and sod installation. No one ever showed up! We got a call at 3:37pm from Todd but by that point we knew enough to know this was not the company for us. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the job they did! First, I was able to make an appointment for the next week when others were going to take a month. They arrived on time, were friendly, and completed the task in an appropriate time. Luis, the serviceman, was polite and explained what he was going to do. I was searching for a professional, small business to fix my sprinkler system for my grass. I saw that Lannens has a five star rating which gave me hope, and they did not disappoint. My existing sprinkler system was installed incorrectly, and after one year it broke. We called Lannens and they came out to diagnose the issue, and scheduled to replace it with more up to date parts as well. I contacted them during a busy season so initially they were booked one month out, but they had a cancelation and came much sooner. The system was installed, and warranteed for a year which gave me good piece of mind. The only thing was, when I turned it on via the automated system it didnt turn on. I called and they returned the following morning first thing. After a simple rewire the system now works perfectly! The pricing was reasonable for the work completed, and Todd as well as his employees were professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, he gave me a couple tips that they can assist with to improve my lawn. I will definitely return in the future for all sprinkler and drip system needs.

I was really pleased with the service we received from the folks at Lannens. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and committed to customer satisfaction. I met Luis while I was trying to troubleshoot a sprinkler issue in my yard and he happened to be working in a neighbors yard. Even though he was busy he took the time to answer a couple of questions that helped me contain the issue and we scheduled a service call for a few days later. The price was very reasonable for the work that was performed and he pointed out some things I should consider replacing in the future but didnt try to upsell me or do more than was needed. Ill definitely continue to work with these guys in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Lannens! We used them for two different jobs. The first job was an urgent situation where we were having a concrete patio extension installed and the people that dug out the dirt area for the concrete accidentally severed the control cable wires to our rear drip system. We need this fixed FAST as concrete was going to be poured later that day. Called around and everyone else could only schedule us a week or more out. Called Lannens and they sent someone out within the hour!! SO THANKFUL!!! Second job was to fix our front drip system that was completely inoperable. Apparently previous sprinkler company that did the work (dont know who that was as it was here before we purchased the house) did a horrible job and basically did everything completely wrong. Lannens replaced the entire front drip system for a very fair price. The new drip system is beautifully done. We will only use Lannens from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SMALL BUSINESS TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!!

Luis is great, explained what the problem was and repaired it quickly. He patiently answered all my questions and gave helpful suggestions. I wanted to run my drip system to my pots in the my yard but didn t want to dig around myself. They came out and were courteous, worked hard and got the job done. They identified some uncapped areas that the landscaper covered with gravel. We had them fix the two leaks they found. We were pleased with their work and won t hesitate to call them if we need anything else for our system.

Called Todd a few weeks back regarding a leak in our sprinkler system. Todd scheduled us as soon as he could. On the day that Todd scheduled us Louis came out and did a great job in fixing the leak. Louis spent some time afterwards running the sprinkler system and adjusting some of the heads. I was very pleased with the work that Todds crew had done. It is inevitable that parts on a 20-yr old irrigation system fail, which ours did. One solenoid out of five was definitely kaput as well as a small leak in a pipe. Todd and his crew showed up as promised for the initial evaluation of the problem and recommended solution. He definitely did not pressure us to replace more than the one solenoid but we opted to replace all five and verify there were no further leaks. Aside from the weather not cooperating due to heavy thunderstorms during this period, work and reliability on the part of Lannens crew was excellent! I was especially pleased with Todds young worker (unfortunately, I dont know his name) who consistently went above and beyond what was required with a great attitude! Refreshing!

I ve had a water issue on the side of my house for years and couldn t find anyone willing to help me. Todd and his crew took the time to assess the issue and determined that the the water was pooling due to French drain and sump pump that were incorrectly installed years ago. They reinstalled the French drain and lowered the sump pump. The pump drained for a week and my side yard has been dry for the first time in years ever since. Everyone was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

We had multiple people come out and give us quotes and potential ideas as to what the reasons were for our system to be down, but all ideas were inconsistent and the prices varied extremely! Todd and his crew ( Luis and Destry ) are top notch! Honest pricing, and exceptional work. Had them rebuild our sprinkler system in one area of the property and add in another entire system and could not be happier with the results!

Todd, Luis, Destry and the rest of the crew worked very hard in hot afternoon temps to fix our drip system, install a sprinkler system, install sod as well as move a bunch of rock and lay stepping stones. They came back several times to make sure the sod was taking root and the drip and sprinkler systems were working properly. They also removed 18 unwanted plants and bushes, pruned our overgrown shrubs and trees and planted a tree and two new shrubs! They were professional, courteous and friendly, even with the challenges of fixing our problematic drip system! Our grass is growing beautifully and we have received compliments on our new backyard! We highly recommend Todd Lannen and his team! You wont meet a friendlier or harder working crew and you will love the results!

Lannens Lawn & Sprinkler did a great job for us! Our yard was on its way out and Lannens aerated, seeded, fertilized, applied top soil, and fixed 4! leaks in our sprinkler system. Its only been a couple weeks and the results are awesome! They did what they said theyd do.. Lannens went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely use this service again!
