My apple tree was out of control. Arturo and his team whipped it into shape and promised to help me train it to grow properly in the spring. WaterQuest has been my go-to company for all of my landscaping needs for years and I highly recommend them.

Arturo and Jesus removed all of our unwanted and overgrown bushes, and Arturo redesigned our yard; planting new, colorful foliage. Our landscaping is looking 100 percent better and will be much easier to manage going forward. This is a great company with hard working, and creative employees.

Yard looks fabulous! I didnt think it would look this great ever! The only issue I have currently is that the fountain was left from the original yard work in a position where it is unsafe and I was left unsure if it will run at this time or if it would break. Another worker came out to look at it and give a quote of what it would cost to fix it, but now I am left with the bolders and rock not put back into place and it is more of a safety concern from the areas that have no rocks. This was told to the company and they assured me that another part of the business would be out immediately to fix it. That was not the case, I called back and spoke to some guy on the phone who was extremely rude and told me that they did not know when they would be able to come out and may need to hire people. I am frustrated because I was told one thing and now another thing about when someone will be available. I was really pleased with the work but now having our fountain being unsafe and unsure of, really makes this hard to want to continue my business with Water Quest.

Tried over and over, as a returning customer, to get an appointment. Finally the day arrives & crew arrives without material needed for job. We have to reschedule due to wind. (Breezy, not windy.) We ll be out tomorrow at 11. 11:00 - no show. Called the office and they re too busy to handle my job, that just went up by $100. Bad organization, bad follow-through, bad business. Run to another company!!!!!

We had a basic mid summer cleanup of the over grown flowers/scrubs/bushes in the front of the house. The crew of two men did an excellent job. I consulted with them several times during the cleanup and they were respectful of my instructions and eager to get the job done the way I wanted. I will definitely use them again.

The WaterQuest Team was fantastic in installing full landscaping/irrigation in my backyard. They were personable and professional and I would recommend them without question!

The crew periodically checks with me for approval and satisfaction throughout the course of their work. They also always ask if there is anything else they could do to improve anything before they leave......I have used them for 9 years and highly recommend them....Waterquest is the best landscaping company in the Albuquerque Metro.

I contacted Water Quest to aerate and power-rake my yard and they showed up at the time scheduled, checked out what needed to be completed and started the work immediately. Artwo Cardenas and his helper were very respectful of my yard and the work they did was very quick and they did better than I could have done. A job well done and very appreciated.

I am very pleased with the job that Arturo and the other worker did on my yard. They worked diligently for several hours without a break and left my yard in great shape. I highly recommend them. I will be using WaterQuest from now on.

WaterQuest s customer service along with the attention to detail placed on my yard was fantastic! From the owner Robert, to the kind & helpful scheduler Charla, to the maintenance men, everyone took great care of us! Maintenance and landscape coordinator Arturo recommended the type and color of gravel that would most improve the overall look of my yard right away, including placing larger cobblestones under trees to prevent gravel run-off. He listened carefully to what I wanted, used his expertise to plan what we needed, and got the job done promptly and thoroughly! Awesome work! When a landscaper can get on the same wave length with a customer, its a beautiful thing! My yard looks great now, just what I wanted, and Im so very happy! Ill definitely call WaterQuest again! These guys, Andre and Michael, always take the time to let us know they are here so we can make sure the dogs are in the house. Today they pointed out a problem with the grass, just like it was their own lawn. They have started the process to get the problem solved and i am sure, from past experience, they will follow up and make sure it is taken care of. It is a joy to work with professionals like the folks at Waterquest.

Water Quest did a 35K+ landscape job for us 18 months ago. At the time I gave them a five star review. They did hardscaping as well as plant 15 trees and some shrubs. Their hardscaping work was fine and continues to remain that way. However, we have very hard, clay soil here. They had to use picks to plant many of the trees. Apparently they did not amend the soil in any way as we are now having to pay someone else to dig out around the roots of each tree, loosen up the root ball and add ORGANIC matter (Duh!). In that process it has become obvious that all of the trees were planted 5-6 DEEPER than they should have been. This was all brought to light when I hired an arborist to come help us with our struggling trees! Water Water Quest s service is poor once they have completed a job. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to a friend.

Had Waterquest out to my home last fall for landscape clean up. They were great and way less than I was expecting, so I asked them about installing irrigation (for whatever reason, the builder put in ZERO water on the property). The quote was again way less than I expected. The crew showed up at 9:00am and had installed a timer and irrigation lines, drips, sprayers, etc, all by 2:30. I m so impressed that I would recommend them to anybody.

Poor customer service. Difficult to get anyone on the phone. Called and asked for an estimate for sprinkler install. Was told Hes not in the office right now, but should be back within an hour. Waited two days for a call back to schedule. Once scheduled, no one showed up. I waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time, still no call/no show (they have my cell phone number). I called them and was told I cant get him on the phone, Ill leave a message and hell call you back. Still havent heard back as of writing this review. Unfortunate waste of my time.

I had scheduled a company to do a fall yard cleanup, but they were a no show. On short notice Sharla had a crew at my house. Joseph and his partner did an outstanding job. My yard hasnt looked so good in ages. Well done, WaterQuest!

I moved into a new house and inherited an existing irrigation system where the valves werent working so it was running constantly. WaterQuest came out the day after I called and was able to shut it off even though I wasnt able to, then a few days later came back and totally rebuilt my valve box for an affordable price that was in line with their estimate. Way easier than trying to figure it out myself. Great work, done quickly at an affordable price. Highly recommended.

WaterQuest removed slightly under 1000sqft of ailing grass and replaced it with a really wonderful xeriscape which included several excellent features. They were easy to work with. Their designer, Jackie, was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. When the crew arrived they were courteous and professional, but also enjoyable and fun to talk with. They took a great deal of pride in their work, finishing it promptly and with great quality. On top of all of this, WaterQuest was the best price of any of the companies we inquired with. I would certainly recommend them for any landscaping work you need.

I found Waterquest through Angies list, and came highly recommended. They performed what my wife and I considered nearly impossible, our yard was a disaster, weeds everywhere and over grown plants and trees needed attention. The team they sent was absolutely amazing, our yard is beautiful again! What a company, I can not speak highly enough of them, on time, courteous, and affordable. I will use them from now on! I have called upon WaterQuest on several occasions. Multiple times they have been at my home they have always been on time, professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention extremely fare priced. I have also had them do landscaping at our business and the same holds true. There is no better company for your landscaping needs in the state.

Great people they do excellent work

I am getting ready to move and needed my backyard which is dirt cleaned up. WaterQuest came by and did a great job on my lawn for a reasonable price. I had them put pre-emergent down to prevent future growth and in the two weeks since they did the job it has rained multiple times and nothing has sprouted. Very happy with everyone I spoke with at the company.

I had an undetected water leak from the sprinkler system at my house. After discovering it I immediately called Robert from Waterquest. The next day he had one of his top technicians, Rex, at my house bright and early. After Rex assessed the situation and showed me the damage, I feared that we might have a bill of several thousand dollars to fix things. Robert personally came to my house to take a firsthand look at the problem and needed repair. The next day he had Rex come back and fix everything. Not only did they fix up my sprinkler box better than new and stop the leak, they also installed a new control console in my garage. All this for a very, very reasonable amount of money (in the low hundreds instead of thousands). Thanks to Robert and his team for a job well done!

I bought a home in July but Waterquest installed the sod in MAY. It had automatic sprinklers but they forgot to set the timer to water the outside rims with the new bushes; most died. After three calls, they finally sent someone out and they showed me which bushes THEY WOULD REPLACE and how to operate the computer water system...they did none of this. The one rose bush they told me was dead and to yank it out, is thriving. A lot of the grass had to be re-seeded, by us, and looks terrific. The sod they installed is covered in crab grass and not suited for the light this yard gets. I still have the original message on my phone from STEVE BERNACKI, the manager, but he has done nothing to resolve the problems. They have a satisfaction person whose job is to find out if youre satisfied...shes done nothing either. I expected to pull some weeds occasionally and, of course, water and mow. But we are spending a lot of money and time fixing things they said they would take care of. We had to go on the Internet to figure out how to use the automated sprinkler system (which some were focused in the wrong direction!)...it is so complicated you need to be a computer programmer to do it. Between myself and husband together, we finally figured it out, but it took over an hour. This company has only done ONE thing they promised and that was to have someone come to tell us what repairs they would do...theyve done none! I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy! With the exception of the guy who came out to tell us what they WOULD do, I have had no calls, no visits...just money and work out of my own pocket! Ive been trying to get something accomplished for ALMOST THREE YEARS!!!
