Over changes

We were completely blown off when someone was supposed to mow our lawn. The days came and went and by this point our lawn was so long. No one reached out as to why no one was coming. Finally a week later we had to cancel because we were able to get it mowed. We never got an explanation as to what happened. Very disappointing and unprofessional! A message was sent to cancel on the 30th but wasn't responded to until the following Friday. Better communication would have been greatly appreciated.
