Jay and his team were an extreme pleasure to work with. During our estimate meeting to get three trees removed, Jay went above and beyond providing a lot of helpful information and background. When they returned to remove the trees, they worked carefully and efficiently. I was very impressed and plan to work with them again soon!

We've hired Chameleon Property Services three times now, and they are unfailingly excellent. They've removed a "jungle" of cedars and vines, taken out old chain link fencing with vines and brush interwoven, ground stumps, and placed small river stones around our home's foundation. We highly recommend their work!

They were here on time. Two big trees and trimming of one long extension in less than 2 hours. They were efficient and frankly impressed me with everything they did. Exceptional work! Highly recommend.
After the terrible ice/heavy snow storm in late March, I had half of a tree fall down in my yard and the other half threatening to come down on my house. CPS was there within hours of calling to assess the problem. They determined it was a rush job and changed their schedule around to fit me in. Within 12 hours or so of making that initial call, CSP had the tree down. I couldn t be happier with the fast response time! And they probably saved my house!
Steve was great - very reasonably priced and got the job done quickly and even fixed my gate on the way out!
Amazing work at a reasonable price. They redid some landscaping in the front of my home and did a great job. They also do the regular mowing for my house and they always do a great job.

I had a huge tree removed on a busy street in Albany. The crew was amazing! They completed the job in about 90 minutes and left my property in pristine order. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of tree services. So glad I found them!
Couldnt be happier with Jay and his crew. Needed an overgrown mess cleared out and leveled as well as clearing out a portion of our yard where a dead tree had fallen, and that was excavated due to a water line rupture. Chameleon came in and dug out multiple tree stumps, as well as a couple surprise huge rock slabs, placed landscape fabric and tons of gravel to make what had been a plot of weeds, stumps and thorn bushes into additional parking space in our driveway. The job turned out to be much tougher than anyone expected, and they handled it extremely well and professionally. Highly recommend!

The staff did a tremendous job transforming my landscape to a maintenance-free and cleaner look. They came on time, prepared the landscape for transformation, performed the tasks needed to complete the job, and cleaned up any debris leftover from the design process. Great job guys!
Called for a garden/tree removal- the owner came that same week and got the job done! Was very Courteous, and the tree removal was done extremely neat. Would definitely recommend!
I was a residential customer under contracts for several years, ($120 a month for average 2 mows/month and snow removal whether it snowed or not). They did an adequate job but then cancelled on me because providing services to my residence was not profitable and they were eliminating most of their regular residential customers. If you live in a neighborhood like Pine Hills they probably will not be interested in you as a customer for anything but major landscaping jobs.
I have used Chameleon Properties Services for years for SNOW REMOVAL and yard maintenance. They are dependable, responsive to requests, thorough and pleasant. I am able to stay in my home because I can rely on their services. They are GREAT and I highly recommend them.
Jay did a major landscaping project for us in Summer 2018, ripping out a major landscaping feature the previous owners put in and replacing it with grass. He was very easy to work with, including some changes in the plan that required him and his crew to undo some of their work. Will definitely call Chameleon again if we have any other landscaping projects come up.
Nadina and Jay are highly professional, qualified lawn care specialists who helped us maintain our property when it was difficult for us to do so. Any specific questions or requests that you have, they are willing to discuss with you. They were always most accommodating to us.
I have used Chameleon Property Services for a couple of years. They do a great job of maintaining my lawn. I really appreciate their diligent work. Nadina always checks with me if anything needs extra attention or if I have additional needs. They do a really terrific job of Fall and Spring cleanups. I m happy with the results and highly recommend this company.
We had a wall that started to fall over and had mud coming onto our patio every time it rained. We called a few companies to get a quote, Chameleon was the only one who answered the phone. They came over took a few measurements and put together a quote on site. They even had samples to show us. The wall went up without a problem and was built just how I asked. We will be hiring them again!
Very difficult to get ahold of. Seeded and aerated our lawn with no results. Couldnt reach for follow up. Cant recommend.
