Hartman Property Management in Albany

If you zoom into my third photo, you can see the sheer amount of acorns our single oak tree produces; they blanket the entire yard during a “mast year”, likely 10k+. Scott and his team were incredibly efficient and detailed in their work! I couldn’t have asked for better service, and he was super communicative throughout the booking/clean up process. I highly recommend him and was happy I took a chance after seeing his praise on Nextdoor.

Scott did a superb job staining our unsightly concrete porch and making it beautiful. He is meticulous in his work and an absolute pleasure to work with.

my wife hired Scott's services. We needed to so some repairs to a rented house and he agreed to do it for us. It took him 1 month and yet the stairs were not fixed properly. Since October 16 he came to do measurements and said he was going to finish the job, scheduled but failed to show up or inform he was not going. There were always excuses. He would say he had purchased the material (railing and materials for the stairs) but just didn’t have enough time to do the job. After 3 weeks waiting my wife finally offered to buy the railing to which he agreed to. We were surprised because he had said he had the material even stating one of the times he didn’t show up was because he didn’t want the material to be damaged by the rain. She bought the railing and it took him another week and half to come install it after some insistence. In the meantime we were waiting for the window screens to be replaced. After another week of him saying he’d show up to install the window screens and not showing up, we asked to buy the screens to which he said he’d send the measurements. He never did and we finally gave up and hired another person in order to finish this job which took less than 2 hours to purchase and install the Windows screens. I do not recommend this person for property management because there is no commitment or reliability. Maybe he's good for mowing the lawn or yard work as you can see in most of his reviews. However, he wasn't good for managing our property with handyman or maintenance work/repairs, gave us bad experience/expectations and my wife got really frustrated working with this person. He would call/text and argue and scream at her saying he was not appreciated when he had committed to serve the property but was not as committed, and we didn’t hire anyone else because we would be waiting on him. At the end of the day, while he did some work such as pick up and install appliances sadly he did a poor and lazy or incomplete job with the stairs. The main problem was that he would schedule, but never show up when scheduled. Not sure if he would schedule more than what he could do but it’s not okay to commit and string people along. If he had told us he wasn’t available or couldn’t complete the work we would have hired someone else.

Been using this company the past two years. Very happy with Scott Hartman. For my lawn mowing, leaf removal and snow blowing. Dependable, fair prices, professional and friendly. He truly cares and takes care of his customers. Highly recommend using this company.

We reach out to many other companies until we found Hartman Property Management. We was very impressed with their work, professionalism quality and reliability. We are so happy we hired Hartman Property Management. They wanted us to leave a review right away but we waited 2 months to do it a because you never really do know if they follow through. Although, Hartman Property Management always was on time and did what what say they was going to do if not more. That's why me and my wife decided to leave this review. Because if they didn't, we would of left them a bad review that they deserve, but we have nothing bad to said about working with them. Since two months, our property looks well Management and we owe it to Scott Hartman and his team at the Hartman Property Management. Thank you so much for been the few companies out here that really cares about the people and their properties.

Scott did an excellent job mowing my lawn today. He took his time and did not rush which I greatly appreciate. A+ quality service, I recommend!
