Worker trespassed on my property while applying chemicals to my next door neighbors lawn. Couldn’t be bothered to open my neighbors fence to enter their backyard so instead he drove through my backyard to get in and out of their property. Required application notices/warnings of nearby applications are never received timely. Very disrespectful.

I have seen a huge difference to the better of my lawn ever since I started Cedar Tree’s fertilizer and grub control program couple of years ago. I sign up for the whole season and they are very good about giving me advanced notice before treatment. Very satisfied customer.

I’ve been living in my current home for about 8 years and I’ve used as many lawn care providers as that. The big names, the mom and pop, recommended by neighbors, seeing a nice lawn and asking who does their fertilizing. Without exception I was left completely disappointed. I would watch as a technician worked and if he got to an area where it required him to dismount his machine and approach on foot he just ignored that area. Once I saw a guy put down the flags saying the lawn was fertilized and then just leave. A guy arrived once with a bandana with a very inappropriate symbol (just weird and bad business). My grass was filled with weeds and grubs and it was coming up in sheets like rolling up a carpet. When I contacted the company (where I’d been a customer for about three years) they just came by and threw down some grass seed. I never heard back from them when I finally decided to cancel. I paid thousands of dollars over the years and always said to my husband “Why does the highway median look better than our yard?”. Then I found Cedar Tree. They are a teeny bit more expensive but boy oh boy do you get what you pay for. I actually met my technicians the other day and they were some of the most professional, warm, friendly, knowledgeable guys I’ve met in a service industry. They had come out to address a concern I had about some missed areas where weeds were growing but we ended up just talking about other stuff and they could not have been nicer. It felt really good to connect face to face with the folks we rarely see. This is the same experience I’ve had with the front office. These folks are top notch. So responsive and you feel like they actually care about having you as a customer. I also love their online portal where I can pay my bill, send a message, and schedule service. But my favorite thing, besides the people, are the informative text messages they send. The other day I got one telling me not to cut my grass bc we were not going to have rain for awhile and this would help protect the root system. I know it seems silly but it really makes me think they are looking out for their customers.

I have to say I couldn't have been happier with there work and attention to detail this past year , my technician Dylan went up and beyond my expectation , I have never had such terrific service in all the years I have been using lawn care companies and by far Cedar Tree is the best , I would highly recommend this company . For years Cedar Tree Properties has always been there to bring a non chemical safe application to my home , helping reduce and rid the eaves and surrounding areas of my home from wasp/ hornet mosquitoes etc - and inside the little ants !!! Always great respectful and reliable

We have been using Cedar Tree for 5 years. You can tell which lawn is ours by driving down the street... I look better than any other lawn there!!! The last 2 seasons we have had little to no crabgrass! And that's even with putting an aboveground pool in and tearing up the lawn all around it!

Cedar Tree Properties has worked on my hemlocks for years, successfully keeping a wooly aldelgid insect infestation in check and saving my beloved hemlocks. Although they don't specialize in trees, Peter graciously agreed to do this for me. Aldelgids can kill a hemlock in 2 years and if that happened to my 100 trees, which serve as a border, I'd move! Peter is professional, prompt, courteous and has become a good friend. The best!!
