Great service. I used them for snow plowing my driveway. Did a great job and will definitely use them again.

Yes, my yard work got done. However, it was not as easy and smooth as I hoped the app would be. I ordered a service and since we were expecting rain, I scheduled it for a few days away. The app “holds” your payment (their words) immediately out of your account. The people who had accepted the job never arrived. Contacted customer service through chat. I would get a reply but I needed to keep asking ‘any update?’ After two weeks of cancellations and re-assignment I finally got mad enough to get some more attention. I eventually got a text outside the app asking for more money to do the job putting the total at about double what we have previously paid for the same service. We accepted, and except for a huge bunch of sticks piled on the firepit, the providers did a great job. I wish I had just made some calls and hired someone directly, because when they didn’t show I would have gotten more solid information. Overall I can’t recommend this application.

Needed a spring clean up and some maintenance. Only one person showed to do the work and he left without completing the job. When I came home and saw all the work remaining I contacted the company and they assured me a crew would be dispatched next day. Of course next day came and the same guy arrived alone. He attempted to do more of the work but gave up again. In the end I finished the clean up myself. Contacted the company again and was assured someone would reach out to me to discuss. It's been about a week and still no response.
