Professional, honest and meticulous. Tom walked us through options and really helped us navigate a project (we weekend DIYers thought we could do ourselves, big mistake). The patio and sod installation was difficult due to incredible amounts of rain but Pusatere Landscapes was there daily assessing and doing what could be done. They somehow managed to stay close to the original timetable of completion. We will use them again in the future and would definitely recommend.

I've had enough negative experiences with this company, but I figured it would be worth it once I finally was able to experience my lawn. Unfortunately that didn't turn up. I have no issues with Tom himself, but the experience has been poor throughout. I initially contacted him the summer of 2021 for adding soil and hydroseeding. The plan was to do this in early fall. Soon enough, it was late October with no contact about the work, so I called up and said I wanted to move to the spring. He shows up the next day ready to work, but I stood my ground (and glad for it. It snowed that week). Spring 2022 rolls around, I call a couple times and receive no phone calls back. The only way I was able to get ahold of him was him being in the neighbors yard working on their lawn. He told me he'd be back by the end of next week. A month later I receive a phone call that he's going to come the next day - no other heads up or scheduling. When he shows up with all of his equipment, he increases the price by $500 because he didn't realize the prices changed and didn't inform me earlier. The yard has a better grade now and more dirt, but the growth from the grass seed is terrible. The communication itself is enough for a poor review, but the results just add to it all.

Go no further in your search for a landscape specialist. Tom Pusatere has been maintaining my property beautifully for 10+ years. Tom and his crew are dependable, professional, and trustworthy. The team will go above and beyond what is required for the job.

I bought my home in Delmar several years ago and have had severe drainage issues in my backyard every spring since I moved in.
