We’re a new construction in Halfmoon and initially had limited backyard space. We contracted with Pearl for a paver patio with a fire pit. During construction, the team was professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the outcome of the patio, fire pit, and sitting wall. It is very spacious, easily accommodating 10-15 people. The brush behind the patio was cleared, leveled, and hydroseeded, giving us a large back yard. As a bonus, the tire tracks left from construction were hydroseeded, leaving no evidence of the recent construction. We were very pleased with Pearl and with Anthony who made absolutely sure the project went perfectly.
We LOVED our experience working with Pearl Landscaping and Patio. We had a very troublesome backyard with a strange layout, rather shabby concrete walkways, lots of pea gravel, and a mysterious "sinkhole" in the backyard. It was not the prettiest sight! Anthony's team transformed our backyard into a beautiful oasis! They ripped out old concrete walkways, prepped the yard beautifully, and laid in a paver patio with firepit that maximizes the use of the whole yard. When Anthony's team started, they brought a whole crew and had all their equipment on-site, and they were here full days every day until complete. The whole job was less than 4 full days start to finish from when they started working. They cleaned everything up after, left the yard in beautiful condition, and re-seeded and leveled the lawn. Note: They are a busy and booked company, so if you do plan to work with them try to reach out early and be aware it might take a few months before they are ready to get started. They are high end in their pricing, but they are perfect professionals in every way. Highly recommended!
Anthony and his team did a great job from start to finish! His quote came in quickly, he answered all my questions and concerns swiftly and professionally. Pearl Landscaping did a combination of hydroseeding, new sod installation in the backyard, along with placing stone and mulch in the backyard. The crew worked efficiently, and left the yard in perfect condition at the end! I would highly recommend them in terms of cost, timing, and quality workmanship!
We now LOVE our stunning new patio!! Dave and his team members did an amazing job. Within one week, our old deck was gone and our beautiful patio was finished and everything was cleaned. We are so happy to work with them. Professional, courteous and respectful ! Will use their services again for our next project and will recommend to all our neighbors and friends.
We were extremely pleased with Pearl Landscaping & Patio Company. Let me tell you when I started the process of looking into a paver patio Pearl had one of the best web sites with photos and I got several ideas from that. It wound up talking to Anthony Reo and explained what I was interested in and I wanted to tie a new paver patio into my yard where we were also putting in an inground pool. Anthony came to my house and we talked, he also listened and provided ideas. About a week later he provided an estimate and with the estimate a computer generated photo depicting the paver patio, new steps, sitting wall, edging, landscaping and even tied it into the proposed inground pool site. That was so valuable to me as we went along. A different company would not provide a diagram unless I paid $350. I also want to say that Anthony was flexible as I had many ideas through the planning process and worked with me throughout. He also coordinated with the pool company to assure the paver patio was level with the new pool. He helped us pick out the colors and design of the pavers. When it came to the actual job, he had teams, one that did the excavating, a crew that built the block/paver 8 foot stairs, and one that did the actual installation of the pavers. They all worked together and let me tell you they worked very hard, were extremely meticulous in their measurements assuring that the pavers were all level and fit in place. They also cleaned up very well. I had an 800 sq ft paver patio installed, two sets of stairs (extra job), a mall sitting wall, shrubbery placed around the paver patio and small wash stone put in place between the pool concrete and fence. He also had a team that hydro seeded the entire area and the lawn came in perfect. We are so satisfied with Anthony and Pearl Landscaping & Patio Company.
Dave Testo and company did an excellent job installing a patio and sidewalk, clearing brush to extend our backyard lawn space and hydroseeding (including topsoil, mulch and river stone). He also installed low voltage lighting all around our property that looks great, but is subtle. Dave was a pleasure to work with and his crew was on time, professional and friendly while working during a particularly hot period during the summer of 2022. He also recommended a sprinkler company that did a great job rerouting and adding sprinkler zones. I would hire Pearl Landscaping again! Thank you Dave and company!
Anthony and his crew did a fantastic job! They did high quality work at a great price. They stayed true to their original estimate and time table for getting the work done. They worked quickly, but they never rushed and made sure they got everything perfect. We had a retaining wall and drainage put into our backyard that was all clay and wet year round, and we can now use our lawn for the first time ever! The yard is dry and the wall looks fantastic. Anthony answered all my questions as we went and fully explained everything to me. I would highly recommend!
Finding the right contractor can be difficult. There are so many to choose from, and finding that one that gets your style and is up front about the process, cost and timing, I thought would be impossible. From the moment I fist spoke with Pearl, I knew I found the company to build our patio. He was really cool and took the time to answer every single question I had(and I had a lot, lol). He explained to me his experience, style and all about his business. He even took the time to meet me at Troy's Landscape Supply to see all the paver options in-person and choose what we liked best. We spoke a few more times before construction started and Anthony always answered his phone-I liked that. Construction started on time-his crew was great and worked super hard to get the job done on time and honestly even higher quality than I could have imagined. From the very start, Pearl made it easy and the final product was just outstanding. We were SO happy at how beautiful it came out! Looking forward to adding a pergola and privacy trees next year. Thanks again to Pearl for such a great job!
Anthony and his team installed a gorgeous patio at my home, including a fire pit and built in kitchen. They worked efficiently with a great attention to detail. The staff on site was always respectful and engaging throughout the entire process. Even after completion, the assistance they were willing to provide goes above and beyond expectations, making the experience in working with them even more enjoyable. We were struggling with how to connect the area behind our house with our newly built covered deck. We met with several contractors, but just weren t comfortable with any of them. They didn t seem to have creative ideas in how to tie in the two structures. We saw Pearl Landscaping doing some work in our neighborhood and reached out to them. Dave responded right away and the connection was instant! We immediately developed a great rapport and he was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our ideas, offered his own ideas and advice and he was so personable and respectful. We immediately got to work to put our plans in motion. From helping us select the right stone and pavers, designing the layout, prepping the site, laying out the patio and sitting walls, to final cleanup, the entire process was superb! They showed real team work on-site. They were quick, efficient, careful, artistic, and thorough! Dave was always responsive to any questions or concerns. Anthony s skill (and joyful presence!) was so appreciated in preparing the patio site. Kevin did a masterful job on the patio and was a real example of artistry and hard work! Patio came out awesome! Very happy with the result. Dave was great to work with. He provided good upfront suggestions and materials to help us decide on the design and style pavers. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges also. Great value!
Anthony and his team were exactly what we needed after an in ground pool installation. He re-graded, brought in topsoil, and hydro seeded our back and side yards. They did a great job and were so prompt. He also worked with our schedule and came on the exact days we needed so we could closely coordinate the grading work in line with our fence installation, and then get the hydro seed down right after our sprinkler repair. I m big on schedules, and promptness and his responsiveness and timeliness was a breath of fresh air after dealing with delay after delay with the pool install spanning from Sept 2020- June 2021. Anthony came in, worked efficiently and brought our yard back to life in a very timely manner. When he said he was going to show up, he showed up. They did such a great job we then hired him to bring in stone to fill in empty areas between the concrete pool deck and pool fencing. Again, a great job for a great price. He stuck to his quotes and we are so glad we hired Pearl landscaping! I would highly recommend them and we would hire them if we ever need more work done in the future.

We had a great experience with Pearl Landscaping getting a new patio. Kevin worked very hard non stop for four days and Dee and Juan did a great job with a limited role. Pearl Landscaping did a fantastic job on our patio, from the design of how to make it work with our 2 decks already in place to the final product. We love our patio and we especially love sitting at our fire pit at night with family.
Anthony called me back when i needed a quick turnaround for hydroseeding after getting a pool put in, and the work was amazing, even after a torrential rain storm the seed around my pool stayed in place and started growing in 3 days. In another part a lot of the seed was washed away during 2 heavy rains and they came back and re-hydroseeded no question. They were great to do business with, and I would highly recommend, and the price/value was great.
Pearl Landscaping worked with us in the fall (Sept/Oct 2018) and I cant speak highly enough about the entire experience. I had hoped to share photos, but winter came fast at the end of the project and there hasnt been an opportunity to take pictures, although the view out of our windows is gorgeous every day. Pearl Landscaping excelled in many ways - their ability to see the big picture, understand what we wanted, and their willingness to work with us to achieve it, were awesome. They connected us with other vendors (fence, paving) and worked collaboratively with them on our project. Their attention to detail is amazing, especially as they worked through some serious water drainage and damage issues we faced. Their attention to detail in the stonework - in rebuilding a small porch and removing and replacing an old patio - was exquisite. We loved working with Anthony (both of them) and the entire crew. I missed them when they were done - they have an excellent work ethic and were all a pleasure to work with.

We are extremely happy with Anthony and his team! Their attention to detail was impressive and their quality of work was second to none! They had to remove our old raised patio and replace it with a set of steps and ground level pavers. All the workers were not only very professional but also friendly and easy to deal with. They took the time to clean up at the end of each day and even took care of a problem that was discovered after removing the raised patio! The patio came out perfect and is definitely our favorite part of the yard! We will absolutely use them for future projects and tell everyone that Pearl is the only company to consider when looking to improve your outdoor living space.

Had these guys do some drainage work and a retaining wall last fall. Our yard was a disaster when it rained. After the snow thawed out and the past rainfall the yard was in great shape, it was a true test for the work completed. Thanks for a job well done Anthony and Dave.
