I contacted VanErt's in mid August 2024 for a patio/deck project. The response was fantastic. I had a project review appt scheduled almost immediately. Within about 2 weeks the crew was on the job. They were efficient, organized, skilled and timely. This project took just under 3 weeks to complete and we are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and final results. I plan on having additional project work completed by this team. Great job

I can’t even begin to say what an absolutely amazing job they did for us!! We had a foundation problem, we needed it fixed immediately and they came full force fixing it!! We also decided to have an Egress window put in down in our basement.. holy cow people, you would NOT believe the outstanding service these guys provided for us!! If you’re considering having this done, these are the people to do it!!! Professional, customer service, respectful and extremely considerate, this is what a business should be!! Our condo association just had our asphalt patching done and cement work taken care of. Kevin and his crew did an amazing job, above and beyond. Trucks were clean, they cleaned up afterwards to perfection. Kept us informed what was happening each day and even had a few surprises done. Gave us an estimate in the spring and told us when they could get the job done and came when expected. We are already planning on them coming next spring to do more of the same kind of work. Highly recommended.
We have had two projects at our house : we had an old splintery 40x10 low level wood that VanErts turned into a raised 16x10 deck and 24x10 stamped patio. The work was no less than exceptional. Super nice group of guys the whole time they were here. Two years after that, we asked for a simple 10x10 concrete pad. With Kevin’s vision we surrounded it with river rock and tucked it into the corner of the backyard and it blends right in and looks phenomenal. The customer service is immaculate from the people that came out to do the work including Kevin all the way to the finance side and scheduling with Michelle; we are so grateful for the kindness and professionalism of VanErts.
Fair Price. Stuck to original quoted timing. Pleasure to work with. Fine work. All cleaned up when finished. Looks great. Completely satisfied. They will get my next job.

VanErt s came to my office to do a small excavation job in a pinch due to some water pipes that were broken and we needed the area to be excavated quickly. Kevin was prompt, profession and fair in his pricing and assessment of the situation. In fact, we found the issue and less work was required to be done. I will definitely be using his services again if needed.
Just wanted to share a great review on Vanert s Landscaping out of Adrian MI. I contacted there office back in December of 2020 to get a quote for a whole landscaping job in our backyard. It was within minutes Kevin s secretary called and set up a appointment the night before Christmas Eve!! He came out and looked over everything we wanted to do and got back with in a week with the estimate, very quick especially during the holiday season. His pricing was amazing for the amount of work we wanted to do. We gave him the down payment to get us on the books for spring of 2021. Fast forward to spring now. HIMSELF and his guys were at our house rock and rolling on the landscaping. My wife and I loved seeing the owner in the field working and teaching his crew! Always respectful and on time and always left the job site clean! Very highly recommend him for anything. We will be calling him this fall to give us a estimate on our front yard!!
This company came out and gave an estimate that was double the other estimates we got. When I called back to question and try to see if we could work anything out I was never contacted again. I would not recommend them.
Great work and on schedule. Hired Kevin and his team to remove my old shed and build a pad for my new shed and RV. Great customer service and equipment is top notch! Kevin will be back at our home to do more! Call him you will be very happy with his work.

I can not say enough positive about the service I received from Kevin Vanerts team! He was one of the few paver companys that actually showed up to give a quote when he said he would. He then actually followed up with the quote! He had my business at that point. He was able to schedule my work a couple weeks earlier than planned and finished to the time table he set. It came out beautiful! I will use them in the future for sure! Great quality and attention to detail from everyone I dealt with at Vanerts! Thank You for a great back yard!
