Job not finished! Extremely poor customer service! Do not hire! I hired RR Lawn Service to spray and kill the poison ivy growing in our backyard. At the time that we hired this company they told me they would come out as many times as needed to ensure the poison ivy was killed. They came out and sprayed once, I called back about some areas where the poison ivy was still growing. They said they came out, but they left no paper work. Since that time I have called them basically every week for over a month to request they come and finish the job. There are still 5 vines growing healthy and green. I would never recommend this company. Customer service is terrible. Job is incomplete still months after being hired to perform the job. Abysmal failure.
