Deluxe Lawnscapes in Adel

We live on an acreage in Dallas Co. This was our first year using Deluxe Lawnscapes and our yard looks great! I had some real problem area's that I considered removing and re sodding but Nathan and Nicole asked us to let them fix it and it looks great. They studied our property and came up with a 7 step plan that really works. We have signed up for next year already. They are very knowledgeable and study each project. I have also hired them to do wildflower seeding at our farm.

They have been an honor and ease to work with. They were quick to get us on the schedule as soon as we reached out and were reliable from then on. Definitely recommend their mowing services!

These guys were amazing! They didn’t think they were gonna be able to make it to my house today, cuz I hadn’t contacted them until late afternoon. I had given up the idea of getting out of the driveway until at least tomorrow. They surprised me a couple hours later, telling me that they were going to be able to clear our driveway on their way home! What a great surprise! We have a fairly big incline on our driveway. It’s dangerous to use even in mildly bad weather. Nicole and Nathan were unbelievably thorough, careful, and detail-oriented. They worked their tails off in the freezing, windy, cold. They were so polite and helpful, and I couldn’t believe what a quality job they did with snowblowers and shovels: in the dark, after a long hard day, with the freezing, whipping wind at their bodies. I don’t know how many other houses they did today, but they had to have been exhausted! They never slowed down… just like little Energizer Bunnies! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Nicole was also very good at maintaining text communication with me these last couple days, while we tried to work out an estimate and scheduling, etc.. We were new clients tonight. My friend uses their services, too, and she’s the one who recommended them to me. We are two happy customers! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Nathan & Nicole have been wonderful from the beginning! They both care about their client & take pride in the service they provide, they are very easy to talk to and they are extremely reliable! They replied to me quickly, looked over the property, and gave me a quote within a few hours, & then provided snow removal service the next day, which looked great (and they removed a lot of snow!!)! Not only are they friendly & personable, but they have an easy & convenient way of doing business. They communicated with me by phone call & by texting until all of my questions had been answered. And payment was so easy to set up online via a secured link that was emailed to me. As soon as the snow removal service was completed, a payment was automatically made from my account that’s on file with them, & then an email was immediately sent to me with a receipt for the service. Nathan & Nicole made snow removal hassle-free & worry-free for my family! I thank them both for the super job that they are doing!!!👍👍👍👍👍

Deluxe Landscapes has been great to work with. They’re honest, knowledgeable, conscientious, always friendly, and keep us well informed on the status of our lawn. We appreciate how they take the time to explain what is needed and why. When they treated our lawn this fall (dethatching, aeration, overseeding, grub control) they gave us a brochure with very helpful instructions on how to water and care for the new grass seed and growth.

I have used several lawn services over the years and Nate and Nicole are THE BEST out of all of them. I use them for both mowing and weed control/fertilization. They are super knowledgeable, care about the work they do, are reasonable in price, reliable, responsive and NICE PEOPLE!! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Nate is awesome. This is the best our yard has looked in years. We went on vacation for 2 weeks and he took care of the mowing for us. Trimming and everything. Very reasonable. I totally recommend him.
