I used this company a few times last year and the work was fine and affordable. The issue is that they are hit or miss in terms of actually showing up when an appointment is scheduled. They also don't respond to phone calls or texts so it can be impossible to actually reach them.
They use to cut my grass since last year, three months ago I had a fallen limb in my back yard , they charge me to remove it , in the process they knock down my fence , I was told they will saw it to pieces first, well that didn’t happen , I immediately received an apology from the wife and promise me that they will return the next day to fix my fence, two days later they send an invoice for $200 to repair the fence , I could not believe what I saw . I made Tara understand that if my fence wasn’t repaired in a timely manner I will not have any other choice but to take legal action , that was the last time I heard from her or the husband Mike. This was in March. Oh they also ripped my hammock in two in the process . Very disappointed in this business I will not recommend it to anyone.
I used this company for the first time and am thoroughly impressed. They responded immediately to my inquiry and were able to give me an incredible price. For the price I was expecting the bare minimum, however the end result was amazing and I am so grateful. I will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you!
