Have been using DreamScapes for the last 10 years. They do a great job in keeping the Cedars Weddings and Events always looking nice.

I have landscaping service only. Have not had any special projects done yet.

We love DreamScapes! We have used DreamScapes Lawn Maintenance since 2007 (maybe 2006?) and continue to trust them not only with the maintenance of our property but also various projects (big and small), and have been very happy with their designs, service and support. Not only do they do a great job with the basic lawncare but have also proven to us they can tackle a variety of projects. Our property is very challenging with multi-levels and steep slopes that are subject to a number of issues including erosion. The projects that they have done have turned out beautiful and really complemented our property. They designed a plan for us in early 2019 that we got excited about and that fit our desires and the property itself. They replaced our upper deck and lower patio with a new design and landscaping around it. They also redesigned our front porch and built a portico - so we also have a very nice front entrance that we are proud of. As with all projects, they found some things that needed to be fixed immediately (lots of rotten wood at the base of our chimney) before the new deck could be built. The sub-contractors that Dreamscapes hires know exactly what needs to be done and fixed the problem before they continued, which included replacing & painting some of our siding. The added cost was very reasonable and was completed in a few days. We continue to be very happy and delighted with Richard Allens DreamScapes team. And, we continue to enjoy our property because of their care and designs. I wish I was a good photographer- the before and after is amazing. Our property went from ho-hum to wow - that s really nice! . Our neighbors continue to complement how nice our property looks - all year around & even after almost 6 years.

Excellent place for your landscape supplies

Our back yard was completely turned inside out and upside down because we had to replace our entire septic drain field after 34 years of usage. I stopped by the Dreamscapes location and was greeted by Stephanie, who not only runs their office, but is superb with customer service. Larry Cohran came out, walked the property, and had solutions and a contract within 48 hours. I was amazed at the affordability, and even more so by the coworkers who put the yard back together again in 3 days. Landscaping is hard work, but the entire crew embraced the task at hand and did an amazing job. The entire Dreamscapes Team takes pride in what they do, and it shows every time I look at our back yard. Honestly, our yard has never looked this good. Consider Dreamscapes for your landscaping needs, because they are the invest in your investment!

A few years ago, I called Dreamscapes and some other companies to talk about redesigning the landscape on the front and back of my house. Richard gave me the best design of all the companies and the most information. They did the work in a timely manner, and I have loved it! This work also included a stone patio. That is my sanctuary. A year or two later a tree fell in my front yard. It completely changed the landscape, and the design had to be changed for a less shaded area. I contacted Richard again, and they came back. The new design worked great for me, and it was done well yet again.

I have been using Dreamscapes for several years now. I first used them for year round lawn maintenance for a couple years, and for grading and drainage installation, now use them for general maintenance and weed control. They have always provided quality service and I honestly wish I could use them more than I do. I highly recommend them for anything you need.

DreamScapes helped me bring my front and side yard landscaping vision to life. Although I had some ideas, I couldn t figure out the right plant selections and location. Their plant selections, design and installation were spot-on. The staff was always professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up when the work was finished. My yard looked beautiful when completed and I m still happy with the result. There was a delay in installation, however, that can be expected when working outside where weather is a factor and handling multiple customers, change orders, etc. I would recommend them and plan to use them for future projects.

We used Dreamscapes for our backyard in Adairsville. They were timely and professional and had great suggestions for our design. They worked well with a contractor to also install a backyard pool. I like that they send newsletters out to remind customers how to care for their yard periodically.

Richard and his team did a wonderful job. We pretty much had a blank slate and Richard listened to what we were trying to accomplish. We had the entire back yard sodded and replaced all the landscaping in the front. He also noticed we had a draining/erosion problem and advised us on our options. Richard incorporated a stone walkway into the design on the side of the house that does not get much sun. A crew of 5 worked on this project for 3 weeks, they showed up every day and worked 10+hrs daily. The finished product looks amazing! Richard did a great job with communicating and following up. I would definitely use them again!

Short time after the work, the lawn showed to be of bad quality same as the soil placed underneath. Would not use this company again.

All I can say that Dreamscapes is a class act. There was a miscommunication issue with getting my lawn aerated however the staff and the owner himself immediately reached out, heard my concerns and quickly rectified the issue. Customer service like this is almost unheard of these days. So thanks Dreamscapes again for your exemplary service! I m a believer and an ongoing customer.

After over 25 years of dealing with terrible drainage issues and standing water in our yard, working with other companies to try to solve them, and chasing puddles repeatedly, we turned to Dreamscapes for help. Richard quickly diagnosed the many causes of our issues, and came up with a comprehensive plan to address them in a way that seems to have finally done the trick, while giving us beautiful grassy areas and landscapes we have not had in years. Richard and his team have been professional and courteous in every interaction, and we would not hesitate to use them again, and to recommend them to our neighbors, friends and family.

Richard and the Dreamscapes team completely overhauled our front yard. Several trees were removed and a rock wall was installed to fix a drainage problem on the side of our house. They were able to relocate plants that we already owned and added plants to complement those. The front yard is so open and beautiful and we have received so many compliments on the work completed. Beware! Once this company gets your contact information they will never stop emailing you! I had this company create a design for my yard back in 2013. I moved to Texas in 2019 and have been trying to be removed from their email list ever since. They don t have an unsubscribe button and they ve responded to my request and told me they would remove me and I continue receiving emails. So frustrating and very unprofessional. It s 2021, people! What reputable business doesn t know how to manage email with an unsubscribe option??? Response to Owner: Yes, but you have only removed me in your business system, not your email system so I continue receiving emails. You clearly need an IT person to help you really clean out your email system from all the cached emails and add an unsubscribe button to your emails. Customers shouldn t have to guide you on how to run a basic business in 2021.

DreamScapes is amazing. We just could not keep up with all of it and they make out look easy. In just a few weeks, my yard has never looked better. Their crew is friendly and every single person at the office I have spoken to has had excellent customer service. I wish I had called them sooner.

Very nice folks here. They were helpful and friendly. I needed 21 lineal feet of river rock to edge a bark bed with. Yard guy volunteered to help me hand select the rocks I needed and to load them into the bucket on his loader. Price on the materials were superb. The office staff were very friendly also. Project turned out great. Will definitely be buying more materials from Dreamscapes in the future!

I originally was looking for a lawn service many years ago. I wanted a local entrepreneur that had a vested interest in maintaining a reputation locally. Plus, I wanted to put my money into the pocket of a local person that lives in my community. I found Dreamscapes... I have been a customer of Dreamscapes for several years now! First I used them to do a complete cleanup of my yard, ie. mowing, edging, trimming bushes and trees etc. It was a reasonable price and they did a super job! I continued to use them as the lawn treatment service for my yard ever since. They charge a very competitive rate and are extremely knowledgeable! Richard the owner is very involved in the operation and his employees are very professional and efficient! The job they do is far and away, superior to all the other services out there! I should know! I have lived here since 1996 and tried many over the years, till I found Dreamscapes! They are really proactive and the second they notice anything amiss with the lawn, they attack it on the spot! All other services, just do what they are commissioned for and ignore anything that is outside the scope of their ordered service. Dreamscapes is also very reliable! I have never had them miss a servicing! And, what is really nice, is that when I have a question, I can pick up the phone and call someone local and know I am talking to someone that actually lives in my community! All the other services that are regional and national in their presence, it is very difficult to even get someone live, after going through all the interactive phone menus, and then you end up either having to leave a voicemail or you get some nitwit minimum wage person that doesnt care, or worse yet, doesnt speak English. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone that has a need for their services. I will continue to use them for as long as I have a need!

Dreamscape provides good, reliable service. I have a full maintenance agreement where they cut and trim the lawn, fertilze the lawn, pick up debris and leaves in the winter, trim the shrubs and flowers. They do contact customers if there are delays because of weather or shortage of manpower. Price is reasonable.

Very pleased with DreamScapes performance and communication for the scheduled grass chemical application services. Lawn is very healthy and weed free. When requesting additional services they have had scheduling conflicts but I think it was more a resource issue as the scheduled services are always on time.

My yard and beds have been seriously neglected for a couple years. I left messages at 3 different landscape companies & Dreamscapes returned my call within one hour. I met with Richard to walk my property & he had a very fair estimate for me within 15 minutes & all the work was completed 2 days later. The men working the job were hard working & professional. Dreamscapes workers are always on time and professional. They have cut our trees back, delivered and installed mulch, quoted lights (ended up not doing it). The staff in the office are friendly and can usually answer your questions in one interaction.

Recently had some dirt delivered, for a sink hole along the driveway, from Dreamscape in Acworth, Georgia. They were on time and the young delivery man was very pleasant. He dumped the dirt exactly where I requested without doing any damage. Job well done for a fair price.

Dreamscapes did a fantastic job with our backyard. aThe transformation of our bakyard was much more beautiful then we could have ever imagined. The whole backyard was completed in 2 days. The water issues we had are no longer a problem. The workers were very professional and left everything all cleaned up and looking fantastic when they were done. We began using Dreamscapes for regular yard maintenance recently after switching from another service and had them also do a major project in our back yard. The Dreamscapes staff, from the President right to the office support and landscape staff are courteous, professional, on time, and do a thorough, neat job. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am super picky!! Richard came out and not only offered his expertise, but walked my property and showed me how to take care of the plants I have now. Dreamscape was the 3rd company that I called and the last. Richards knowledge of everything from plants to French drains was truly impressive.

i ordered top soil for a dyi project and the first delivery was very clumpy wet and hard. When I talked to a manager she had a new load delivered . I was still upset when a crew came to pick up the bad load . They were upset for me and picked up the bad load then they proceeded to use their bobcat to fix my yard . They turned and upset customer into a highly satisfied customer . Those two guys were great

What kind of business wants your business and charges to come out for a quote? My husband had someone come to our home and give a quote for some landscaping needs in our backyard. He was charged $50 and was told if he went with their companies services that our $50 would be reimbursed. Of course, when the quote was given it was about $3000-$4000 more that what other companies had quoted us. I called their office and was told by the girl in the office that why they charge the fee is because people will take Richards ideas and and use them. I assured her that if me or my husband had any landscaping knowledge or skills we would not be calling them for quotes! She then hung up on me. I want our $50 back!
