Bruno the Yard Man in Acworth

We called them Wednesday to help with a huge yard clean up project (cutting branches, mulching, trimming bushes, stump removal, and hauling debris) and by Friday afternoon our yard looked amazing! It has not been this clean looking in so long and they did a wonderful job. Maria was extremely helpful and kind.

My yard was overgrown for over 8 years, and they did an amazing job. When your kids come home and say “when did our yard get so big” you know it’s a good job! Fair price and my dog loved the crew (always a good sign to us dog lovers). They followed my instructions and took precaution when working around my garden also. I have since hired them for regular maintenance. Both the owner and his wife speak great English. I’m not certain why anyone on previous posts said it was an issue. Great job, fast work and fair price.

Bruno and his team did a great job on our yard. We live in Smyrna, which is a bit away from acworth. I called him for a last minute yard clean up and he came out the next day and looked at our yard. Because the ground was too wet he let us know he had to come back when it was more dry. He offered a great price for the yard (front and back) as well as hauling away previous bags of yard clean up we missed during trash pick up. I recommend him and his team.

We asked for a quote to clean up our yard, a lady came and took a video to show Bruno, i guess hes the owner before giving us a quote. Never gave us a quote. So i texted and said if the quote was ready and i got a reply that they'll come over to give us a quote. Wth? So i said no, a lady already came and took videos of our backyard. They replied "thanks", then i got another text asking us if we need them to come by? Really??? what a waste of time.

After a neighbor's yard man was a no show. I researched and saw this local good rated yard service crew. I called on Monday and spoke to Elena. (wife of Bruno, Very nice) We set a 10am appointment for Tuesday. She showed up right on time. Gave me a fair estimated price with a few options but she asked if it was okay that Bruno came out to look over the yard and give firm price later in the day. I said that would be great, I left for work and left my wife and son home. They came around 7-7:30 at night. There was a language barrier for my wife and Bruno. He asked her what she wanted done, she didnt know b/c I was the one who knew, but I was gone and thought it was already established what was supposed to be done and he needed to check it out not ask her questions. My wife told me he was rude to her and pushy. She was very uncomfortable catching attitude from a stranger while she was holding a 15month old baby. Again, I shrugged it off to language barrier. Elana came by Wednesday morning and left a quote on a business invoice sheet for me when i returned from work. Again fair price. I selected Option 1 with a continuous service option. (Mowing, blowing, weedeating, edging etc). She told me they would come out Friday or Saturday. Wife stayed home Friday to be there to pay them, I called Elena in the afternoon to get an estimated time arrival. She said Bruno would be there Saturday Morning. I said that was fine as it was still in the time frame agreed upon. Saturday Morning- wake up at 8am. Just in case. Called around 9:30am. Elena said it may take a little bit into the afternoon for bruno to get there, that was fine by me. We both stayed home waiting. Sent a message out that it looked like it could rain, are they coming. Nothing. I went out and finished it myself. I am extremely disappointed with this "company". I would highly recommend avoiding wasting time.

As a renter, I was just looking for a real quick job to satisfy the HOA yard requirements. Called up Bruno and he came right out with his team and did an excellent job. It looks way better than I was even asking for. Easy 5 stars. Also, its worth noting for others that it's almost impossible to find someone who will do one-time no contract jobs. Bruno's your guy.

I called Bruno, and he came out immediately to remove my shrubs and clean my gutters. He and his team did a great job. After cleaning my gutters, they made sure to clean up the mess and leave my yard spotless. I would definitely use him again.

After communication inexplicably broke down with another landscaper (he never even came take a look or give a quote) I gave Bruno a call and he came same day. We needed ivy removed from our siding. He gave a quick, reasonable quote and got it done in no time.
