I called once for an estimate and now they call me 3+ times a day. Every time I block a number, they call from another one. Emails don t give you an option to unsubscribe. Crazy to think that anyone would want to do business with them when they harass you daily.

I called Trugreen to get an estimate for lawn care. After listening to the sales woman struggle with finding my address on Google, which is easy to find by the way, I said I no longer have time to wait. A different company called me back and gave me a quote in person an hour later. I hired them. Trugreen called me back later in the afternoon and wanted to talk again. I told that sales guy I hired someone else and I was no longer interested have a nice day and hung up. He called back 3 times in a row which I did not answer. He left no messages. Today I get another call, this time from the regional sales manager in Odessa. I told him of my experiance, he tried to interupt me twice as I was talking. I told him not to interupt me or I would hang up. After I was done there was a brief silence I told him he could talk. He said Buddy you can kick rocks If that is how the sales force reacts to upet customers, I dont want to know how the costomers service team reacts. Pretty sure I dodged a bullet not hiring them.

Kept rescheduling never here when they say or app says they will be here! Canceling our never started services!

I will not be using this service again. They did not get rid of the weeds actually came back worse both front and back yard. When I called to complain they denied and refused to refund for the treatment.

Dont give them your info online. Theyll call you at 9pm at night and every 15min starting the following morning. Regional call centers will call you, national in Florida will pick up when calling local staff. Its already a nightmare and I havent even decided on a plan. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

My mother neighbors apparently called for service and service guy came out and sprayed my mother yard instead .i have called and cant get ahold of anyone about this .They completely killed my mothers yard her st augustine grass .we have went to the abilene office no one is here doors are lovked and your cant get anyone on the phone at all.i would gave them a 0 starts if I could DO NOT USE THESE PPL

They were very fast an efficient and did exactly what I needed for my yard! Definitely easier to calm them then spend the time and money and do it myself!

I am very happy with the service.

Avoid, especially if new construction. I ve spent hours on the phone with the national call center (because we are are unable to get a hold of anyone locally - local number routes you to national call center) for services that were never performed, yet we were charged for. I ve called more than five times and been offered free services (that subsequently weren t performed). I ve asked them to leave yard flags and paper door tags to prove they were here - they do not because they never show up yet continue to charge me. I have a ring camera providing evidence they don t show up on when they have performed a service. Bottom line - no one on the national call line can help fix a systemic problem with the local branch and you will never be able to directly contact the local branch.

Adam has been my tech for a while now. He ALWAYS makes sure to address any questions and concerns that I may have. Adam is the best tech guy that s ever represented Tru Green.

You can see the difference in the green grass if you look at the photo that shows my neighbor s yard. The grass is NOT always greener on the other side with John Scaief at TruGreen!

John has turned our lawn around! It was in rough shape when we purchased the house, neighbors are always complimenting on how nice it looks!

DUV HOWARD is the best tech we could ever want to treat our yard. He always goes up and above to make sure that we are happy and informed on what he is doing and recommends what he thinks needs to be doon. We trust him fully.

John called me this morning before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. I have been asking for this for over a year from trugreen. In they past they just show up and then don t service my lawn because my 2 small pugs are in the backyard. He was very thorough and stayed longer than any employee I ve had in the past which was nice to see. My service has been lacking in the past but John has me hopeful for better service moving forward.

They let you know in advance exactly when theyre going to show up. Theyve done a real good job in less than a year to knock back our weed problem.

I have a yard full of weeds AFTER their service. If I have to go out there and pull weeds myself what am I paying then for? Good luck getting someone on the phone. Their call back service doesnt and average wait times is 2 hours.

Called a week ago to setup mosquito treatments for an event I have tomorrow. First time I called my membership information wasn t saved and they had no record of me. Next rep set me up assured me services before my event would bot be a problem. Day before the event I received no follow up. Called again and was told that services aren t available for another week after being assured not once, but twice that it wasn t an issue. Haven t received this type of customer service in a long time, what a shame.

I caught the guy no spraying my whole yard and had him come back and argue with me and then sprayed my yard for real that time, I watched him do it.

Terrible service. They constantly reschedule at the last minute, so it s impossible to plan for them. The app is useless. Contacting is done thru the large corporation, never the local office.

We use to have them for our lawn care, and after multiple times of them not showing up, or not spraying parts of our yard just to get out of here fast, we were done with them. We also rarely saw any improvement in our grass with weed control from them either.

Beware. Charged me approximately $40 more than quote. Extremely difficult to reach on the phone.

The product is over priced and the treatment we bought did not work very disappointing. The customer service is great though.

Fast accurate service detailed description of services performed and what to expect from future services. Love the fact that they are actually certified in application and treatment of weeds and pests. Each application is taylored to your lawns specific needs. They offer weed control services fertilizing and areation with over seeding if necessary to repair bald spots from weed removal.

THE GUY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HAD A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE.

They can get some quick results that look great, but the lack of lawn maintenance services, landscaping and irrigation really does make it inconvenient. Also. Be prepared for your mailbox to get swamped with repeated offers for additional services like mosquitos and insects.

Granted they were short handed during my service, I still ended up with a yard full of weeds and dying grass patches. I have an in-ground sprinkler system so I make sure it got plenty of water. I also keep it mowed (not cutting it too short either). The people I ve dealt with were nice and some were knowledgeable. But not everyone that came out was so. I just got tired of having to constantly call and ask them to come out. Especially for the amount of money I was paying it just wasn t worth it. I can have my yard look dead and full of weeds for free if that was what I wanted.

Customer service at the call center was great. Other than that, my experience was AWFUL. I called several times with problems and was told, Yes Maam we will have some one thete this week 2 weeks later no-one. This happened over and over. Finally, had a call back from Manager, after 3rd request. He assured me he would be over on Monday. Its now Tuesday and still havent heard from him. My lawn was over fertilized and 20% looked burned am then turned into bald spots. Totally unsatisfactory. I have now cancelled my account after 2 treatments. If you live in Abilene area, I would advise you to find another company for your lawn needs. Maybe in other areas, service is better.

Charging me way to much to still have weeds that Im pulling in dang near the middle of April! Im outta here like a fat kid in dodgeball...

The appearance of our lawn is great,while all the lawns around have had weeds of all sorts we have not had any this year. The tech that represent you is always available to answer all my question. I just have to say I couldnt be happier with Trugreen ,life made easier Thank You!!!!

Gary has been the only Trugreen employee who has done a fantastic job of treating our lawn. He is thorough and very accomodating! He announces when he arrives and always reports when he is done to explain exactly what treatment he has done.

Called to try and get new service and no one ever bothered to call me back and that was last week. I guess they already have enough business but I actually waited a few days to give them a chance to call me back and I could have used those days to actually call other lawn services until Id found someone.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Have no idea what they are doing, absolutely non responsive. None of the local numbers work to contact them.

The call ahead from TruGreen is essential because I have to take a lock off the back gate to provide access to the backyard. TruGreen has gotten much better about calling several days ahead. I was not home when the technician came this time (I usually am), but the work was done correctly as far as I could see. Signs were left in the yard to indicate that he had been here. I am particularly happy with the application of pre-emergent weed killer each Fall. Previous to using TruGreen, we had a horrible problem with such weeds. Now, we seldom see a weed in the Spring, and if we do I point it out to the Tech, who sprays it. Our yard definitely looks much better since we started using TruGreen.
