Sir/ma’am, I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude for a job WELL DONE! I had contacted MasterScapes and spoke with Matt. I explained my water sprinkler problems and other issues that needed to be corrected. Matt was very courteous, kind, respectful and informative. After a brief conversation he scheduled a technician to correct what discrepancies that needed to be addressed. The following day, Josh arrived and inspected my sprinkler system. We discussed the issues and he immediately derived a plan of action. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. Efficiency to the degree that I had only seen in my military career. Masterscapes has serviced my lawn for many years. They are dependable and always on schedule.They recently updated my landscaping with new plants, grass and shrubs and a lovely stone path to make the drought ravished back yard look like an English garden.
