Excellent service and lawn care. Lone Star has definitely turned my yard around this year. They have knocked out my weeds and the grass is flourishing. They are very professional and always keep me informed about what is needed to give me a yard that looks great. Ken and Blake will answer any questions and give you the personal care your lawn needs.
We have used Lone Star since 2011 to care for our Lawn. Ken is attentive to any concerns we have and communicates with us effectively and quickly. He even reached out last week and offered to drop by and check our watering schedule to make sure our lawn is getting proper watering during this current drought. Fantastic customer service!
Ken was absolutely amazing when he came out to take a look at our yard prior to starting our fertilizer/weed control service. He made sure to go over every single detail, what to expect, and asked what I was wanting out of this service. He also made sure my irrigation system was set up properly to give us the best outcome. I asked a lot of questions and he was so helpful. They made the whole process very smooth. He also fixed a few issues that we had with our irrigation system right away, which was very much appreciated. Lone Star has been extremely helpful in maintaining our yard with weed control and in spraying for mosquitos! They helped us save time and money on the monthly weed control service! Also, our son is highly allergic to mosquitos but after the initial spray we were able to all spend time together outside and he not get bitten. We have truly been able to enjoy our outdoor living space this summer thanks to Lone Star!

Took Lone Star on about a year ago. This time last year, my yard was rather green with weeds while the Bermuda was still dormant. Today, my yard is currently 100% weed free. No green. All dormant Bermuda. Can't wait to see it this spring! They manage four lawns in our small neighborhood, and all four are always green in the summer and weed free. Their prices are also extremely manageable. It's actually less expensive to hire them than it is to buy the chemicals/fertilizer and do it yourself.
If you’re trying to get your yard back in shape for the spring, I highly recommend Lone Star Lawn and Landscapes. The pre-emergent weed spray and fertilizer they use really helps keep our yard looking nice! Our neighbor has lots of weeds, so I was worried that their weeds would spread into our yard. But the weed spray really keeps them at bay and makes a big difference! You can actually tell where the yard spray stops on our side of the property line because the weeds stop too! Lone Star Lawn and Landscape is professional and affordable too.

I called Ken at Lone Star Lawn and Pest because the anti siphon valve on my irrigation system cracked during our last cold spell. I took pictures of the valve assembly and sent them to Ken and he knew exactly what I needed. He purchased the valve and scheduled a day and time to replace the valve. During replacement, Ken noticed that my PVC risers were schedule 20 PVC. He replaced the risers with schedule 40 PVC which strengthened my irrigation system. Ken s attention to detail and quality work is second to none. Lone Star Lawn and Pest is my 1st and only choice for landscape and irrigation maintenance and repair. Thank you very much.

I contacted Ken to inquire about topdressing and I am now using his business for all of my lawn care and pest treatment. He is professional, conscientious, and cares about the customers needs. My lawn is green and gorgeous and I havent seen a single fire ant on my property all year. This is a small veteran-owned business, so I am happy to be supporting my brothers in arms. They do an outstanding job and you will not be disappointed.
My husband passed away suddenly and I called this fine company when the Spring rains came and suddenly my lawn was full of weeds and no grass. They came right out and took care of everything. The weeds are gone and the grass is all filled in. Am so pleased with their work, the people are so easy to work with, they do great work. So glad I found them.

I had a pvc pipe crack on my sprinkler system, and I tried turning the pump off and the pump shut off broke off the unit. I called everywhere no one could come out so I turn the water to my house off. I called LoneStar Lawn and he explained to me on the phone there was another shut off point. SAVED us, water to the house is back on till I can get the sprinklers fix. This man was super knowledgeable and helpful WILL definitely have my business. 10/10 recommend if you have irrigation problems.

We have used Lone Star for so many jobs. We have been satisfied with every service they have provided. We have a field behind our house and we have tons of misquotes. My husband gets eaten alive when he s outside lately and lone star has provided a way that I believe has helped drastically. We ve only had In2care in our back yard for almost a week but we can definitely tell the difference the last few nights when my husband and I are sitting outside in the evenings. I would absolutely recommend this product if you have issues with mosquitos, no chemicals and no dangerous for pets or kids. Win win in my book.
Ken and his company Lonestar are top notch. We moved into our house in 2016 and had an infestation of nutsedge and burrs. Within a year of Lonestars treatments they were gone. Weve continued his services since then. Additionally (and recently), Ken assisted me with an irrigation issue (sprinkler zone continuously on)-he came out promptly and diagnosed the faulty zone valve (hidden) free of charge. While I dont expect this to be the norm, I see he takes care of his clients.
In less than 1 season - Lonestar Landscaping was able to do what TruGreen could not in 2 seasons. They came out, evaluated our yard and provided A+ service to get rid of unwanted weeds, leaving our grass a beautiful shade of green. We couldnt be more satisfied with their service and professionalism!!!!
They mowed my lawn and I was surprised with how well they did but I could do it myself so I think I will but if you dont want to I recommend
