They felled our ~10m tree the day after us phoning them. The tree was partially broken, leaning over 2 greenhouses, a shed and 2 fences, and there was no damage to anything. Very professional family ran business, and they even chopped the trunk to manageable pieces for us, and smoothed the stump at a specific height for our bench plans.
